Excellent job; carpets look great!

They didn't charge me more than the price of the deal. I could possibly use them in the future.

Joe did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. They look as good as new. That was unexpected because the carpets are 10 years old. Joe took extra time to work on the higher traffic areas. I would highly recommend them!

ERS showed up on time. Joe, the technician asked some background questions about my carpet, and what may have caused each stain. Two hours later, the stains that competitors tried to remove are gone! Very happy with my new looking carpet for a tiny fraction the price of new carpet.

Terrific! He was very conscientious. He placed tarps down on our woods, flowers and before laying all the hoses out. Wore shoe coverings in the house, and took them off when he went to his truck and put them back on when he returned. Gave us a complimentary carpet protection spray. Also very personable.

Not the most thorough cleaning I've ever received. Older gentleman who may not have been able to see some of the spots. Did not move any of the light furniture that would have helped him discover pretty obvious spots that he missed.

They did a great job. I'll be calling them to do them again soon. He used plastic pieces to put under furniture while it dried. He did under the couch too. Very pleased with the service.

My husband and I had returned home Thanksgiving night to find one of our senior pets had urinated on the carpet. The smell was overpowering! I tried to remove as much of the urine from the carpet as I could - and then used a small carpet cleaning machine - and followed it up with an anti-microbial spray. Didn't help one bit. I called ERS in a frenzy the next morning - and although they were already booked solid for the weekend, they fit me into their schedule on Monday. In the meantime, the woman on the phone gave me some tips to reduce the odor (and keep our other pets from doing the same thing). The service tech arrived Monday and did an extremely thorough job. Very conscientious! We used ERS this past June for full-home carpet cleaning and were very pleased with those results, too. I'll definitely continue to use them for our future needs!!

Excellent Job. On Time, very professional in explaining the process, vacumed, and cleaned very professionally. Cleaned any marks on the entrance and arranged thick foam supporters to avoid RUST marks. at the end job well-done.

Nothing very special....I wasn't actually at home when the work was performed. My wife was there. She stated the guy came, cleaned the stairs and left. It appeared cleaner when I arrived home. We were pleased. However, I would say, after it was cleaned, it seemed somewhat "hard" or "rough". Again, we were pleased with the service overall.

I've ended up using ERS ever since I bought they Big Deal. They do a through job, which is really important to me. I run a dog rescue so I have them in regularly.
