Description of Work: Cleaned hall,powder room, dinette area and living room. Moved couch, love seat and swivel rocker chair to clean and replaced. Put plastic under legs to keep off of slightly damp rug. Completed entire process in a little more than 2 hours. Job was performed satisfactorily

Description of Work: Assessment of high traffic areas and stains. Deep suctioning vacuuming. Steam cleaned and treated with scotch guard protection recommended and purchased. Very pleased. Can't even tell the family lived there with a toddler for two years. Would use them again and again!

Description of Work: Had my carpeting in my house cleaned. ERS responded to my purchase of the Angie' List "big deal" very quickly and we were able to work out a date for the service. Approximately 30 days after the carpets were cleaned my wife and I started to notice an off-color blotchy areas in the carpet in the living room. I called ERS and they came back and re-cleaned the area. My only complaint was when I called to ask about the "blotches" the person who took my call made the comment that "next time don't wait a month to call us back". This comment I felt was unnecessary. When we first noticed the "blotches" we thought it might be reflections from the paint color on our walls but under different lighting they were still evident. Also the comment made me feel as if the person who said it was insinuating we just wanted to have the carpets cleaned again 30 days later for free. Again not the best customer service to make that comment.
