Description of Work: Cleaned 3 rooms of carpeting and deodorizing and also steps. All went well. Carpeting looks good for being very old. I'm happy with the service.

Description of Work: Scheduled quickly. The service rep was prompt, very professional and thoughtful. Seemed quite efficient. Needed to push a bit to focus on area of pet stains but he was responsive. Would recommend to others.

The carpet cleaning was scheduled promptly, the staff were very courteous and friendly. They were thorough and did a great job. They were helpful in resolving unforeseen problems. I recommend the company highly.

Description of Work: We had 3 rooms, a flight of stairs and a hallway cleaned. We did move out some furniture to make it easier for cleaning. The furniture that was not move, the cleaner did and placed protectors nude the legs so there wouldn't be any rust spots. It took about 2-1/2 hours. Good job and we would recommend them.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's list deal for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning - and the work was scheduled and completed very quickly. (I ended up paying for 2 additional rooms - at a very reasonable rate.) The gentleman who performed the work was very professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. He checked with me during and after the carpet cleaning process to make sure that I was satisfied. Our carpets are old - and while we try to keep them as clean as possible ourselves - they defintely needed a professional cleaning. (We've rented Rug Doctor machines in the past - and, while they do an OK job, they definitely don't have the capabilities of the professional, truck-mounted system that ERS uses.) | |Bottom line: Our carpets looks fanstastic. I definitely plan to use them again!
