We are completely satisfied with the outcome of the project. High quality workmanship. Friendly crew members. Several unexpected issues were encountered once old siding was removed. These were addressed at reasonable added cost. Our house looks beautiful. The trim detail added to the house soffits significantly improve there appearance. The work proposal provided us was the most detailed we received from contractor that bid our job.

From start to finish the job was handled professionally and done right. I am OCD by nature and I think the crew would probably confirm that fact. The owner Jay came out in person to give the estimate. The estimate was broken down thoroughly and itemized by each product with clear costs. They only requested 10% down to reserve the job for the following spring and Jay called me with updates regarding potential start dates. Jay provided a large list of LOCAL homes they have done that you can easily drive by and check out. The company website was informative and had pictures as well. Final payment was not collected until the job was finished completely. The job started on time and ended on time. This was a big job and took 3 1/2 weeks to complete. All material including dumpster and supplies were delivered promptly and placed in a location to give me access to my garage given the limited space I have. The crew was great to deal with and they obviously know what they are doing. I went over the progress and upcoming plans almost daily with the crew lead Mike. He was happy to talk with me and point out things he was thinking. Mike always listened to our thoughts, provided his input and we came up several changes on the fly which ultimately turned out for the best. Jay and the crew treated my wife in the same manner as they treated me which is not always the case with contractors. Mike and Korey were great guys, had a good sense of humor and pleasant to deal with. They were down to earth and we hung out several times after the job day was done talking about the progress or just shooting the breeze. I have to compliment Mike and Korey on a job well done. Mike oversaw the job and did most of the unique details that made this not just another siding job. These are the type of contractors I want working at my home when I have decide to make a large monetary investment. I know enough about most things to be "dangerous" and immediately noticed they did not cut any corners during installation. The trim, flashing and install is all designed to prevent future issues to the best of their ability. They all had the "do it right the first time" mentality. The finished product is a great looking home that we continue to get random people stopping by and complimenting us on. I did not list the price because it was an expensive job and prefer to keep that information private. I will say Falls Siding was well worth the money spent. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive bid I got, but the attention to detail and quality was top notch. Their work stands for itself. I believe several neighbors may now follow suit and hire Falls Siding after seeing this job. I would not hesitate to call them again although hope not to have to for a long time. I do believe if I ever have a problem they will be quick to address it. Only thing left is for Jay to give me my "neighborhood referral bonus" after everyone seeing my job!....lol

I got a very detailed estimate that had separate prices for removing existing siding, installing house wrap, installing gutters, installing window trims, installing soffit and facia and so on. Therefore, I felt more comfortable in comparing prices with other contractors and deciding what options to choose. He has a long list of happy customers as references. That is reassuring. From there, Jay was not pushy and did not call me again. Once, I did decide to go with them, he provided me with a long list addresses with various colors. He also left me a box of sample colors. Once, the work started, the crew were extremely professional and punctual. I had a couple of water leaking problems. Jay and his crew took time to examine the issue and address the problem. The project finished on-time and results were magnificent. I highly recommend Falls Siding.

I put a hole through our vinyl siding (right next to the front door) with a rock shot out of the lawn mower and I had a piece of siding move out of place way at the top of the house above our pergola (I was told by several people that this would be very difficult to fix due to the fact that there was no room in between the pergola and the wall). I saw Falls Siding had great ratings so I shot them an email. Not expecting to hear anything for a few days, I was shocked when I received a response within a few hours. Jay told me he'd drive out to my house and take a look at the situation. A few hours after that I got a call from Jay who was at my house. He said he would try to match the siding in the front of the house, but it would be tough because it was 16 years old (this was what I figured). He said if he couldn't match it, he would patch it and switch it out with a piece in a less obvious part of the house--perfect solution! He also said that he could move the piece of siding back into place above the pergola but he would need to bring a crew out because there was no way to get a ladder in between the siding and the pergola. They would need to put wood up on top of the pergola and then a ladder on top of that. The next day, I got a call that Jay couldn't match the siding, but he patched the damaged siding and swapped it out with one in a less obvious place and he had moved the other piece of siding back into place. I couldn't believe how fast he got this done! I would hire him again in a heart beat. He was a great communicator, worked fast and did a great job for a more than reasonable price. I would have paid a lot more than he quoted me and he knew that and yet still stuck to his quote. Thank you so much, Jay!

I found Falls Siding through Angie's List, and I contacted Falls Sding regarding several pieces of siding which were not properly fastened by a previous vendor were coming down after a wind storm. I contacted Falls Siding via their website. Jay contacted me the following day, and gave me an approximate price via e-mail, and he indicated he would come out the next day. Jay came and fixed the sidng on the South Wall, and did a walk around and also repaired the siding on the North Wall.

When I purchased the service thru Angie's List it was months before I wanted to use it. I wrote that I would like to have gutters cleaned after leaves fell in late October or early November. Just as the last few leaves were falling in Novemeber, Falls Siding called and set up a time to come and clean out the gutters. They arrived promptly, worked quickly, and tidied up before they left. It was just in time for the rains that came the next week.

Falls Siding provided the most complete and detailed estimate of the three companies we considered for our project. They also provided excellent guidance and recommendations that contributed so much to the overall appearance of our home as the project was completed. The crew that worked on our home was polite, professional and easy to work with and communicate with as the job progressed. We are delighted with the way our home looks and are confident the finished job will perform well over the years to come.

It went very well. Representative cleaned all gutters on my two-story home and suggested tree trimming to prevent abrasion damage to siding. I consider this good advice and will follow up.

The project went really well. Jay came out for the estimate and was very thorough. He even offered us options as far as the demo work on the garage, thus saving us some money. He was good about returning phone calls and answering e mails as well. We'd consider using Falls Siding again in the future.

The estimate was done promptly. The work was done ahead of schedule. The crew was very professional and the quality of the work appears to be very good. We had a few minor fixes we wanted done. The boss called that day to schedule them and they were done right away. All in all, a pleasure to work with this company.

We could not be happier then the job that Fall's Siding did on our house. We had cedar siding on the house and a detached garage that was in real bad shape. Instead of replacing all the bad boards, we decided to have all new siding put on. As long as we were doing that we went with new windows and doors as well. We had 5 other quotes. Fall's prices were right in the middle of all the quotes. The main thing that stands out with Fall's Siding is the owner, Jay. He came to the house to get the quote started and he could not have been more professional. He took all the measurements and sat down with us right away. He had all the pricing and final numbers done for us to see before he left our kitchen table. This guy knows his stuff. All the other quotes gave us the final price for the siding and a final price for the windows. Jay's quote had a complete breakdown of all the costs, so we could see what everything was going to cost. He knew all the cost per foot of the material, all the hardware, trim, nails, caulk and he even gave us the dumpster cost. We felt very comfortable with his quote and his company's knowledge of the work. We went with LP Smartside for the house and gargage. We planned this job for the winter months this past year. We did not plan for how cold and snowy it was going to be. His crew was fantastic. They were so professional, clean and hard working. These guys worked full days in the cold and snow to get the job done and done right. Our house looks perfect today. It looks like a brand new house. Falls Siding Inc. did very good work for me. It was exactly as they said it would be. The owner came out here many times during the two-week process in which they were working. I think there were some areas he kind of misjudged in measuring and it probably ended up being a little add-on for him, but it was never an issue. He kept the price exactly as he had quoted us. We got five or six quote to the job and their price was excellent.

It is not always easy to find contractors that will do smaller jobs like repair or replacement of things like downspouts. Unfortunately for homeowners, for a variety of reasons some downspouts may require replacement while the remaining downspouts and gutters are still in great condition. Many contractors are not too interested in these smaller jobs. It is also not easy for a homeowner to find colored gutter or downspout components, so if you want to color match without replacing everything, it can be a problem. Jay, from Falls Siding, was very professional and accommodating when I contacted him. He happened to be doing other jobs near my location, which was convenient. He made suggestions about modifying the configuration of my system for better functionality, and did not attempt to oversell. The work was actually done earlier than expected, the color perfectly matched my existing gutters and downspouts, the pricing was very fair and the workmanship was top-notch. I will definitely call Jay at Falls Siding again if I need any services that they provide.

I opted to tackle it myself as it appeared more than just siding needed replacing.

They are timely and professional. I haven't used them yet.

Had an issue with LP smart siding got it pre painted. When it was put up and done I found to have chips in it, I had to paint it myself. The company did good workmanship other but ant the end of the day I still had to re paint it which was less than satisfactory when it was the company who told me to get it painted and they damaged it when nailing it in...

The entire project went about 2 weeks. Started and finished early, and I'm very happy with the results. The products Jay recommended were beyond my expectations, and completely transformed the house. The crew was great: always on time and willing to go above and beyond. The price was very competitive, and Jay was the only company of 3 that I got quotes from that I felt completely comfortable with. Always readily available to answer questions and offered great advice. I will be using Falls Siding again.

Very happy with workmanship, contractor listened to what I wanted in remodeling project. As house was smaller, contractor suggested new construction windows rather than replacement windows to maximize glass size, also elected to go with 16 ft lengths to minimize seams. Pleased with quality of work: mitered window trim and fascia work.

Work started around 7:10 a.m. every morning for 5 days. Workers were courteous and professional. During the process decided to tweak the plan for our awning and they were able to accommodate my request. After the job was done workers did an excellent job of cleaning up. Would recommend company to friends, family, and neighbors. Will probably use them for doors in the future.

Personnel that I had contact with were professional and very knowledgable. They completed the job and answered all questions that I had. Very good job. Highly recommend for any siding project.

Our experience was very good. I did contact him once when he didn't get back to us for a couple of weeks after we placed the order, but then things were completed quickly. Nice workmanship and he asked for my feedback when there was a question about some aspect of the job. We're pleased with the results.

We did not use Falls Siding because we decided not to do the job as it was outside our budget, but they were very prompt and professional.
