We can't recommend Jay and Falls Siding enough. The company was attentive. It was honest about when things could and couldn't be done. The work was excellent. The crew was careful and friendly. (Don't minimize this when someone is going to be at your house every day.) Jay will suggest when you ought to spend more and tell you when you shouldn't. This is contracting done the right way and I would enthusiastically recommend Falls Siding to anyone.

Jay and his crew were very professional and they helped us make excellent choices on the siding . They changed our minds on some of the original plans to update our new look. We are very pleased with the quality of the work that was done ,from the siding to the porch and new gutters. we would definitely recommend them . Jays crew was very punctual and helpful in fixing up the things that I needed done. The work was well performed with the upmost quality. Thanks again Jay and his Crew.

Excellent craftsmanship! We love our beautiful insulated siding and new bedroom windows installed last year by Falls Siding. Air leakage was eliminated this winter with lower heating bills and no more wind whistling through cracks. Jay's crew does work the right way and Jay can be feisty at the suggestion of cutting corners on any part of the job. Change orders were priced fairly and were straightforward. Jay's finished price was less than his competitor's base bids, even after 2 window replacements were added to our scope. I'll be hiring Falls Siding again to replace some other windows on our home.

Jay and his team are total professionals. Very knowledgeable, great service and excellent value. The company is a diamond in the rough. In a sea of providers that only care about how much of your money they can take, Jay is different. He truly cares about the quality of the work they do. Don’t even give it a second thought, call Jay. He will take care of you, and you will be completely satisfied. Period, end of story.

I’m very particular about any work performed around my house. Falls Siding did a great job. I talked to jay a few times during the project and I explained how I would like to see the project progress.. Jay was very understanding. The staff that was on sight to perform the work explained to me that they wanted me to be happy with the work whatever it took. The work performed was very detailed and looked great. I’m giving Falls Siding a five star ratting across the board.

The entire job was excellent. From the old siding tear off to the caulking and hole filling the job was stellar. Cory and Mike were a great team, and they were are reliable and fast. We had multiple bids. The bid from Falls Siding was right on. Thanks for a great experience. We would highly recommend!

Jay was really great to work with! He didn't push is to do more than what we asked for, but was honest when he came across an unexpected problem area as the old siding came off. His team worked VERY hard, and paid great attention to detail on the whole project.

Awesome company to work with....Jay was prompt in returning calls and gave a detailed explanation about the work he would do. His crew was great too- they showed up on time, did quality work, completed the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves. This company is diligent and cares about the customer.

It went great. From the initial contact through the selection of colors and some aspects of design right through the completion of the job the service, quality of work and responsiveness could not have been better. Jay gave us great advice on colors and different architectural aspects of the job which in the end made the final resul better than we had hoped. Joe, Corey and everyone who worked on the house were courteous, professional and pleasant throughout the work. Any questions we had were answered completely, quickly and honestly. We really couldn’t be more pleased with the experience or the results.

Jay and his workmen were there when they said they would be and Jay promptly notified us if they would not be there (due extremely cold weather). Everyone was very nice and easy to work with regarding questions we had or requesting a few "extras" of finishing work that had not been on the original estimate. Often it was Jay, the owner, that came out and did the work himself. He definitely wanted us to be happy with their work, and we are! I would highly recommend this company!

They helped me select a great replacement door, got it ordered, and when it was delivered, they arrived on time as promised, removed the old door, and and installed the new one. It looks and works great, and they cleaned up after themselves.

They were honest and transparent from the start. They were extremely knowledgable, and presented options that we could choose from. They started the job on the date they said they would, and were on time every day to the job. The job was completed on time. The entire crew was friendly, and hard working. They cleaned up everything, including using magnets to get any stray nails. They left our home looking beautiful, and our property looking spotless. The final price was EXACTLY what I was quoted, with the exception of a couple of small items I requested during the construction. I highly recommend Falls Siding!

We were in serious need of an update on our home and Jay and his crew came through in spades! The whole experience was terrific. The crew showed up at 8am everyday and cleaned up before they left. They made it clear that they take pride in doing a good job and leaving their customers happy. I would definitely recommend them again. As an extra bonus, I thought I was going to need to replace many of my windows. Jay referred me to someone that was able to repair, rather than replace my windows- saved me thousands!

Excellent, just absolutely excellent. They were here all the time and finished it, very good. I've got nothing bad to say about them.

Came out quickly and decided repair could be done quickly and cheap, left for an hour, came back and completed the entire repair for $200. Great workmanship, attitude and professionalism. Very grateful.

Jay came right out and gave us an estimate the day after I made the initial inquiry. He and his team did quality work, on time, and on budget. My husband has decided he doesn't want to climb ladders anymore so I am sure we will be contacting this company same time next year.

It went great! Jay showed up when he said he would show up. He surveyed the damage that needed to be repaired and then got to work using left over pieces of siding that were in the rafters of our garage. He replaced the damaged pieces and the spots where he couldn't replace the entire piece of siding (because we didn't have enough left over pieces), he spliced a piece in and made it look as if it had been that way all along. I highly recommend Falls Siding!
