Description of Work: Jay Johnson, the owner of Falls Siding should also receive an "EXCELLENT" rating for the siding job he performed on my house! He explained in detail what the job would be and delivered! He had also did the siding for my friend that referred me to him and shared the same outstanding end result. His crew of 4 showed up at 8 every morning and proved their skills to be "top notch"! They worked as a team and cleaned up every day. I would recommend Falls Siding to anyone that needs the highest quality job done!

Description of Work: Pleasant and informative on initial estimate visit. Crew courteous and cleaned up after themselves daily. Siding looks great! Gutters were cleaned and new larger downspouts placed. No overflow with last rainstorm! Plants around edge if house were avoided as best able and are in great shape still! Would use this company again in a heart beat!

Description of Work: The owner of the company stopped by the second afternoon after our contact and cleaned the gutters (old two-story farmhouse) in about an hour. He also did a couple of quick shingle repairs at no charge and was willing to take the time to answer questions about our particular situation and needs. We had an excellent experience with this provider and would call him again.

Description of Work: I had a full siding removal and replacement. I used LP smartside. It was prepainted and ready to go. Jay guided me through the work that needed to be done and had many great ideas to improve the exterior of my house. I have 2 bay windows, and a set of windows on a sunroom. The trim work done to those windows were exceptional. They now have a depth that was lacking before. The crew took the time to do the job right.

+ -1 moreCompetitive pricing, excellent workmanship and seasoned professional. I was really impressed with their method of operation. They use jack stands scaffolding which puts the crew at a comfortable level so they can concentrate on doing a great job rather than thinking about falling off a ladder. The owner, Jay, made excellent suggestions which added a lot of value to the appearance of our home. His crew built a copper roof on site for our front bow window. It's an extra unique touch that added a huge amount of curb appeal for a very reasonable price. The entire crew pays a lot of attention to detail. Before the siding was put up every possible air gap was filled with expanding foam. They also did an exceptional job cleaning up. When they were done there was nothing left for me to do!
Description of Work: Replaced the entire outside of our house. Complete tear off of old rotting wooden siding, sealing all possible air gaps in original construction, Tyvik where required and installation of new siding including special treatments on front windows such as copper work and window crowns.

+ 0 moreI received at least three other quotes for the job and Falls Siding was the most reasonably priced, plus they offer a lifetime guarantee on the work they do as long as you own the home. Jay came out and provided me with a rough estimate and then followed up with a very detailed proposal for the job. He also was willing to work with us on using some gutters that we already had ordered and took that off the overall price of materials. We scheduled the job in January and Jay and his crew came out and worked in the snow and cold and got the entire job done in less than three days-which is amazing because there was a lot of custom trim work that they did (bending the metal and nailing it up in the eaves) and it was cold and icey when they were working. We recently contacted Falls Siding again to give us a quote on an addition we put on and, again, Jay came out and talked extensively to us about possibilities for siding options that would work best with our cream city farmhouse. He was very helpful and the quote he gave us for the work was reasonable-we have contracted with him to do this job, also, and are confident it will look as great as the previous work they did for us. Jay is honest and very up-front about what he can do and we appreciated that very much. He doesn't oversell his work or services or promise something that he cannot deliver. We liked his integrity and how hard working his crew and he were.
