Description of Work: I had Big Fish come out to give me a quotation for a roofing replacement. Erik of Big Fish did a great job of assessing the conditions of the existing roof and recommending options for completing a quality replacement. His price quotation for the work was fair and within a few percent of the quotations I received from other contractors I had contacted. I decided to go with another contractor because his price was a bit lower than Big Fish and I preferred the type of flashing treatment he was offering in comparison to what Big Fish proposed.

Description of Work: Erik was fantastic to work with. Although I didn't end up going with Big Fish for my roof due to scheduling conflicts (they were booked out too far). Erik was very responsive to emails and phone calls. I highly recommend using this company. Erik is a genuine, honest person that provided a very fair proposal. Again, I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Initially I contacted Erik for a storm damage repair. Though he was busy, he found the time. I asked him for a bid on a replacement roof just to see what it would be. At that time there was only a slight chance I'd do it this year. More storm damage resulting in a serious leak, and the decision was easy. The bid was good (A+ actually) and Erik a pleasure to work with, so we signed the contract. Any punctuality issues were probably more weather related than anything else. During the install Erik was out of state. His workers were very professional and Erik was a phone call away for any questions. If I need a new roof in 35 years, Erik will get the call.
