Description of Work: Installed 4 upstairs windows in our 2-story house. Windows are excellent quality; very happy with them. The price is a little high, but you get what you pay for. Lifetime warranty comes with these windows.

Description of Work: Installed a replacement sliding glass door. Installation went smoothly, they were there on time and have had no issues since installation. Cost was pretty high, but the quality of the door is very good.

Description of Work: They installed a patio door for me. However, it took four doors before it was even close to correct & then there was an issue with the sliding doors. It was as tho the entire door section wasn't "square". Just prior to me selling that home, AHT provided what was the solution, I think. It didn't seem as tho the owners were as concerned about making the correction / adjustment as the installers. I did purchase three windows from them about three years later & they were great. Good insulation & installed wonderfully. I do think the quality of their product (insulated glass) is good but the prices seem extremely high. The installers were very nice & seemed knowledgeable. Don't know that I could afford to have them replace all of my windows in my new place.

Description of Work: We had 5 bedroom windows installed. Approximately half the windows in our house. All other windows are much larger. I wasn't fond of the sales pitch, but I didn't feel too misled. No one really explained how the windows would be installed or showed us what a full installed window looked like. The windows are very nice, but the area of the pane is smaller than the old windows and I don't like the look as much. But the quality is there. The installers cracked a couple of pieces of the vinyl trim and they did slap some sealant over the areas. I understand quality windows are expensive, but I don't feel that what I received was worth $1800 per window. I am afraid to know what the cost would be for the larger windows I have left.
