Very satisfied with the project from start to finish.

Very pushy salesman! Craig was the salesman's name. Went thru an hour of wasting our time explaining about the company's history, etc. We just wanted to see the products and get a quote. He measured the windows and went thru a song and dance cutting down all of other windows on the planet! Anyway, he then gave us a ridiculously high quote and we balked. He then said there is a March special and knocked $2000 off, then said if your a cash buyer he would knock off $730. When we said "no" he then said that his product wasn't for us. Referring that we didn't deserve their windows! Avoid this company like the plague!

We need to replace the windows in our 20 year old home and are in the planning and budgeting stage, including getting quotes and researching products and companies. AHT Wisconsin Windows was the second of 4 companies we are investigating. We were not impressed with their high-pressure sales tactics. After reading other online reviews (Google) that their sales pitch can take upwards of 3 hours, we gave the sales rep (Robert) a hard stop of 2 hours as we had other obligations that needed tending to and could not spend our entire evening with this guy. He acknowledged our request and launched into his spiel. He did not honor our request and went over the allotted time we gave him. In addition, we told him specifically that he was not the first contractor we had come in and he was not the last contractor that we were going to meet with. He still insisted on pressuring us to buy RIGHT NOW or we wouldn't get as good of a "deal." No matter how many times we told him we had no intention of making a purchase that evening, he kept pressuring us to "just write a check tonight" and we can always cancel it in 3 days. No, I'm not that financially irresponsible to write a check now when I know I'm not prepared for it to go through the bank. I admit that I lost my composure and snapped at him when he likely didn't deserve it, but we felt like prisoners in our own home. He never gave us a formal estimate in writing, however he did make us sign something that said we waived our right to a specific discount. I also did not appreciate that they "require" all parties to be present, probably because they know their high pressure tactics will not work when they know that their potential client is going to say that they need to talk it over with their spouse before making a decision. He did offer to go out to his car for 5-10 minutes so we could discuss privately because "that's all people ever need." We informed him that we would need longer than that as we had other contractors to meet with, which he balked at and again pressured us to buy that evening. The product seems fine as far as I can tell, but it is most definitely overpriced. I will admit that the presentation is quite informative, albeit incredibly lengthy (there are multiple very thick binders involved) and definitely biased towards their product (for obvious reasons, that's what they're trying to sell). However, by the time the salesperson FINALLY left my house it wouldn't have mattered to me if their product was self-cleaning and self-installing, I am not inviting a company back into my home after one of their employees made me feel uncomfortable in it. Plain and simple.

They were supposed to insulate all the windows, but the wind was blowing threw them and they had to come back. They were still leaking afterwards, and they just blamed the house. The window manufacturing company came out and put some clips inside them, which did not work. Then in April, they came back out to try to put something else in them to stop the leaks, and it still did not work. They have been out at least 5 times to try to fix the issues and the problem has yet to be fixed. They were supposed to fix the caulking as well, which has dirt and brown streaks, and they've yet to fix it. They were also supposed to insulate between the windows, and when they came out, they didn't have the foam in order to do it. so I had to go Home Depot twice to get it for them. They did do it eventually, but it took them twice to get it done.

We're not really happy with them. When it's still cold, they're coming in. They're kind of snippy to work with. When we asked them to come back to look at this, they gave me a certain time. They said that if they're not available that day, there's no way they could do it. I would not recommend them.

The quality of the windows was very good. I wish they would have let us know. That, I'm disappointed with. It sticks out. They put brown tape to tone down the white. I talked to the owner of the company of how unhappy I was. He didn't give us any money back. He called to say he's sorry that it happened. The sales associate should have known. I've never bought a window before. We have no plans to use them again. They didn't really explain that it wouldn't match our house.

They’re fine and I like them. We used them about 10 years ago. They did a good job for us and we have no complains or problems.

What I'd like to say is that it all went smoothly without any problems whatsoever and that the windows were installed without any hassles or complaints. I'd like to say that I have no problems with the level of service of installation. I'd like to say all of those things, but I can't because I'd be lying. Please seek out other window services for your window needs. Shop around.

The initial installation was good. The their was a problem with the installation and it took them three month to correct that.

They were very courteous.They were on time. They're fine to work with. Its just that I go for good pricing and good product.

There was a team of 2 guys who came out and removed the old window for us. It took them most of the day to do this work. There was a lot of preliminarily work that had to be done too. It took them about 6 hours to install the new bay window. The bay window came dismantled, it was all separate and individually wrapped. They installed the frame and then installed the glass.They did a good job.

We are in a disagreement with them. I am currently working with them right now. They have given us an estimate on what everything is going to cost. A salesman came to the house, talked to us, sold us on the idea and he had a receipt on his hand, so we gave him $1000 down and signed the contract. Then we told our son and a few other folks, and everybody said they are like $6000 and not $12000. So we actually called a contracted and paid him a little bit to come in and look and measure and compare, and in fact he said for $12000 I could replace all the windows in your house. Now these are superior quality windows and all that good stuff. The basic message from the contractor was, yes I am not debating what they are saying to you, it would be excellent but it cannot be that superior to be worth choice. So, I called the company and said I need to cancel the order. I did not do this within three days, then it would have been easy, but of course I had to wait. The salesman that talked to us I was surprised said okay and started a process I understand and then another guy called me and he was apparently a higher up executive, who was very understanding at first and I thought my goodness, it will be okay. So I talked to my wife, and I did all that and called him back the next day and when I got around to saying thank you for your understanding, we have decided we want to cancel the contract and he changed 180 degrees. He said you want to cancel it, you signed a contract, you know we expect you to live up to that contract. I said, well I understand that it is my error, but I am telling you do not go ahead and make those custom windows. I said that I want to stop the process. I had read the contract closely before I talked to him and I said it says "we can change our mind, but you will take part of the deposit." I said okay my mistake so I will live with it and then he said no, you got a contract you got to follow through with it. So all I could say to him was do not proceed. We will have to get this settled somehow. So that was four days to go on, and I have not call him back yet, as we have been scratching our heads. I do not want him even to keep my whole deposit, which is what I am afraid he might do, but we do not know what we can do. Of course, a couple of friends said they will get an inventory lawyer right them a letter, in fact it cost me several hundred dollars. We contacted the Better Business Bureau and they have never had a complaint against this company. So, like I said, we are in a process.

They left. Yes, it took two of them to not give me a price.

They were punctual and their workmanship was good. They did extra stuff they probably didn't need to do.

They are doing the work now and they have not yet completed the job. I usually get a response back when I call then within 24 hours which is nice. They have got the work done. I am just waiting for the windows to come back in because I had two sets that needed to be replaced. There was some defect in the glass. I am still waiting for them to put the third set of windows in. They have a very high pressure sales pitch. I thought that it was a little off-putting.

The windows were delivered as promised. The crew even stained some trim for us at no charge. They were punctual and very careful not to disrupt the interior of the home. I would purchase from this company again.

Their promptness was excellent and all the way through they were here exactly when they said they would be. Their work was suberb and their clean up was impressive. We were very pleased with them.
