We were very pleased from the beginning, when Mike first came to give us an estimate. He was on time, very professional, listened to what we wanted to have done. He asked questions and offered ideas to help us fine tune the work we were looking to have done. We really liked the idea that he doesn't use subs, and that he would be there, on the jobsite, making sure things were done the way we wanted. We also liked that when he sent the estimate, he sent it in the mail, he didn't email it to us, (some companies we had come out for an estimate emailed us quotes that required us to download programs to our computer to be able to open their quotes). Mike was at our house when he promised to be. He always went right to work, and was very courteous and professional. We were impressed with the way he cleaned up everything before leaving everyday. He was careful not to wreck our grass by unloading all of the blocks and caps onto the side of our driveway, out of the way so we could still use the driveway to get cars in and out of the house, even if meant that the blocks and caps were on the opposite side of the house from where he was building the retaining wall. We didn't ask him to do this, he did it on his own, which we really appreciated. Mike's price was excellent compared to others that had given us estimates. Some estimates that we received were close to 8,000. The wall is beautiful, and we are so glad we went with Mike Meyer! Mike is a very hard worker, and we would abosutely call Mike again to have work done in our yard.

He was on time and finished the job in one long day. I was away for the evening and when I returned about 10:30 the job was completed. He was there the morning of the 2nd day to start the sprinkler (soon after 8 AM).

Employees of vendor did an excellent job of cutting lawn weekly, including removing any gutter in yard.

He has been pretty good about following up. He is very good. I would recommend them. They are the only landscapers that called me back. They are a smaller company. Their prices were good as well. The person comes when he says he is going to come. He is very professional.

We have gotten so many compliments on our property. Mike, Brad, Sam and Randy were hardworking, respectful and willing to do anything asked. We have been using Mike Meyer Landscape for the past 8 yrs. when he put in our retaining walls and brick walkway.We would recommend Mike to anyone. THANKS GUYS for a JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!

I have been using Mike Meyer Landscaping for approximately 8 years. Mike and his employees have always been responsive, reliable and professional. I will continue to employ them for years to come.

There was some miscommunication regarding the re-seeding of the yard, but Mr. Mike did the job completely and made sure we were satisfied. The lawn cutting, mulching and fertilizing of the yard went well.

No complaints. From estimate to completion Mike was responsive and professional. Work completed as promised, crew was efficient and neat.

It went well. Mike was straightforward and honest to deal with. Brought paving block catalogs for us, and later brought paver specimens. We agreed a budget and he stuck to it. The job was finished well, and he tidied up well, and took care of the adjoining lawn nicely. He was professional, communicated issues as they arose, and answered our questions clearly. He wanted to make sure that we were happy with the job done.

There was a miscommunication and as I result I had to cancel the order. I very much appreciated Mr. Meyers professional and prompt responses to the related issues. He was very cooperative and helpful. I was impressed by his attitude.

The work was good, but he never followed up about the fall pruning. He never got back with us about the work after attempts to contact him. I do not know why he never came back. I would not call him in the future.

Mike was extremely detail oriented and looked for ways to improve the design with little to no added cost. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He was willing to work with our budget. Mike did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him.

This is the first time an ongoing problem with cave-ins was repaired properly. We were very satisfied with the work done and highly recommend Mike Meyer Landscaping.

Mike came and replaced the three hydrangeas with Annabelles to match the ones he had planted the previous year. They look beautiful and now all the hydrangeas are the correct variety. There was no charge for either the replacement bushes or his labor. All of this was completed within two weeks of our original phone call and after planting, Mike called again to check on our satisfaction. He obviously stands by his work and is willing to fix any problems that may occur.

We have used Mike's services before and have always been pleased with his professionalism and competence. We left for a two week vacation before Mike started. When we returned the work was done and done to our satisfaction. Mike will be doing more work for us this fall.

Started and finished job on schedule. Worked continuously on project until completed. His employees were polite, neat and hard working. Performed all work with quality and timeliness. The evening after he seeded and completed the project we had a major rain storm - some areas reported as much as 5". This caused much of the seed and mulch to be washed away. Mike and crew came back a couple of days later, added soil, reseeded and mulched the entire area again. We are very pleased with the work they did.

Mike's quote was very competitive and he was ver responsive to our original request, however, he never called us back again to follow-up on our decision status.

Working with Mike was truly outstanding from the beginning to the end. From the first time I contacted Mike, he was extremely responsive and came to my house soon to give me a quote. Despite the fact that my job was not the largest, Mike was able to fit it into his schedule in a reasonable amount of time and kept me updated as to when he could start. In addition, Mike's price quote was extremely reasonable and was significantly less than the quotes I received from other contractors. The actual work that Mike and his employees did was excellent and everything went exactly as planned. Mike left the area immaculate when he was finished and he was extremely friendly to my wife and small children while he was working. In addition, he was very responsive when I called back to ask him some additional questions. I wish I could saw that all the contractors I have dealt with were as responsive, professional and courteous as Mike was. I am a picky person and I was impressed by everything Mike did. Do yourself a favor and hire Mike to do your landscaping work!

Their work is really good and top-notch. They cleaned up after themselves and I am very happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them to others. Sometimes you have to wait a little while for your job to be completed, but it is worth it.

Overall, good. After the hard winter last year some of the plantings died, and he did replace them after a slight delay. Did a good job following the plan.

Mike and his father-in-law are terrific, they are reliable and responsive.

Mike has been totally reliable knowledgeable and pleasant, and easy to work with.

Mike and his crew always did excellent job. He has been taking care 4 seasons. Pricing has always been competitive, with very high degree of professionalism.

It was easy getting in touch with the company and setting up a time for him to come. I looked around for prices and felt that this company provides a fair price. The yard seems to be just fine as of right now.

Great company, will hire again in spring on 2009 for additional projects.
