+ 0 moreWe are having Flood Cabinetry Service cut out some cabinets to put in a free standing range. We removed the built-in electric oven and stove top. Flood is replacing the cabinets where the oven was removed. There is gas in the basement for the water heater, dryer and furnace. JJ's ran new pipe upstairs to the kitchen for the new stove. Then, they took a look at the water softener and Iron Curtain water filter. They were surprised that Rick's Plumbing did not give us an education on setting the water softener and making sure it ran right. They asked us to keep a chart of when each filter ran. We will have to call them back if we want them to work on it. They arrived on time, were courteous and informative.
Description of Work: Ran new gas pipes to the kitchen for a free standing range from existing gas service in the basement. Also, checked the water filtering system, but didn't do any work on it.

+ 1 moreJJ's has been very responsive when I call. They have a person answering the phone during business hours who arranges appointment times. Service is usually available in a short time from the initial call and even faster if involving a suspected gas leak. Our plumber was always courteous, friendly, on time, and efficient. He willingly dealt with questions and concerns and did not mind our Labrador's energetic attention. I am certain we will use JJ's again over the years for various plumbing needs.
Description of Work: They came for 3 different visits to our home over the last 8 months including various jobs/combinations such as water softener start-up, installation of gas line from basement to upstairs kitchen range and laundry room, repairing a leak under the toilet, inspecting the gas line to hot water heater and repairing a small leak there.
