JJ's Plumbing Repair

Dustin and Scott did a great job snaking out 200’ of my 6” dia drainage pipe. They were prompt and worked quickly. I’ll certainly keep them in mind for any type of plumbing repair.

Everything goes as planned every time! Prompt always...courteous always. Mike was the 1st contact as an installer...therefore I ask for him every time if possible. Never a reason for a call back as work is performed right the 1st time.

We had a drain froze on our washer and we were told repair would be 1-3 pm and Mike arrived at 12:30 pm and finished the thaw out by 12:50pm. Cleaned up and charged a service call only. Spectacular punctuality and ask for Mike to great service.

I really appreciate that the least expensive option for fixing was recommended vs just telling us to replace the toilet (which would have forced other changes to the bathroom due to existing layout). The only negative I can come up with was needing to wait a few days for the appointment. I'm guessing if I had an emergency (my leak was slow and intermittent) the appointment would have moved further up the list. I will definitely call JJ's back for any other plumbing issues.

Very well and the man was very polite. Would definitely hire again in future. Reasonably priced and had no "shady character" vibes at all!

It went very well and was quick. There was a slight leak with the valve installation but they came back the next morning to patch it up. This was the second service that I had done with JJ's and I would definitively use them again.

Showed up in time slot quoted and performed the requested maintenance. Went fairly quickly. Resident also requested service person to look at a few other things and he willingly did so. Fixed them as best he could (not all parts available any longer) and gave options for further maintenance. Resident purchased a replacement for one item and service person was able to return to complete that install. Very accommodating and polite. Company took care of getting proper permit from village and scheduling water shut-off with village. Prices as quoted. Would definitely use them again!

Very happy with the work. Called at 8:30 AM and he arrived to do the work at 11:00 AM the same day. We had one drain in the kitchen sink that was completely blocked and I had been unable to open it myself using a snake. He came and opened the drain. While he was here we asked him to snake two other drains that were running slow. He was happy to do that and got the job done quickly and well.

Excellent service. Arrived on time and inspected the pipe by cutting 2 small holes in the kitchen ceiling. The entire pipe was cracked so came back the next day and replaced 7 ft of pipe and several pipe elbows. Also hooked up an air vent for my dishwasher. Cleaned up after completing the job. I have used JJ's previously to replace 3 toilets and hook up three new sinks. Always on time and anyways does an excellent job not matter which plumber they send.

Very happy with JJ's. Brian was quick, professional, and kept the size of the hole in the wall to a minimum (really great). I can't remember the last time I called any service for anything with a cost of only $100. I also had them replace a cracked collar for the toilet and do a list of other minor things on 9/11/2014 and that was taken care of by Steve with equal professionalism and efficiency. Will absolutely call JJ's for all future plumbing issues.

Due to some existing substandard installation, the PVC kitchen drains from the garbage disposal and the adjacent sink fell off. And due to the weight of the existing copper pipe connecting them to the wall, and that it was only glued into the wall connection, the copper pipe pulled away from the wall connection. I called JJ's Plumbing after reading their reviews here, and they replied to my message promptly. The lady said they could have someone out there in 30-45 minutes to give me an estimate. I drove the 35 minutes home from work, and Mike arrived shortly thereafter. Mike explained why the problem had happened and two ways that it could be fixed. If he could solder the copper pipe back into the wall connection, he could place new PVC drain, traps, and connections to that copper pipe. This would cost about $150, he said. He stated that if the solder would not hold, he would have to replace all the pipe under the kitchen sinks, as well as a section of pipe in the wall, including the connection from the bathroom sink immediately opposite the kitchen drain pipe. That would cost upwards of $350. I asked when he would be able to do the work, and he said he could get right to it. I was quite happy to hear that. The solder held and he connected everything. He also put in a strap to help hold up the heavy existing copper kitchen drain pipe. JJ's was able to send someone out right away, not just to give an estimate but to do the work as well. Mike was very courteous, gave me the options I had, and did a prompt, great job. I would highly recommend JJ's to my friends and co-workers.

Very professional & responsive. We had some problems after the first work was done with our water pressure (well water) and they came back and repaired that right away, too. I will call them again for my plumbing needs.

They were both very informative and did everything they could think of to help with the noise issue. The end result was great. The noise is significantly better and it took about an hour to finish.

The JJ's representative arrived within the 2 hour window given and was very pleasant and offered clear alternatives and the costs associated with each alternative. He conducted the work on the spot and was complete in about an hour all in. Good guy, good experience and now our outdoor faucet works great. Many thanks.

Serviceman was prompt,capable, and peronable. Job was done quickly and I am satisfied. More expensive than expected.

They did a great job. My wife was home at the time, and it took a couple of hours to do.

Donna quoted the best price of the three local plumbers that I called. She did a good job of explaining the options and warranty coverage. Donna also explained why modern water heaters no longer last as long as they used to (because lead is not used in the steel any more). She did fail to mention that the water heater that they had in stock was the short (Low) version (rather than the tall GCV 40 model that I originally asked about) but it appears to be an acceptable replacement. Brian arrived within the scheduled time frame. He did not mind me watching him work and asking questions (and helping). He was efficient, courteous and friendly. Brian appeared to be very concerned about doing a good job (rather than rushing to complete the installation). In between the water heater installation steps, Brian also repaired a leaking pipe in another part of the basement for a reasonable additional fee. He was able to remove and replace the very short section of pipe from an existing valve and added a new angle fitting and coupler to complete the repair. Before hauling it way, Brian even removed the drain valve from the old heater (at my request) so that I could use it for one of my projects.

I called JJ's for a non-emergency repair. They were able to promptly schedule an appointment. The technician arrived on-time and was very professional. He explained what needed to be fixed, offered options, and was upfront about the cost. I will definitely call them again in the future.

Prompt service and replaced one faucet. Cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased with service.

The plumber, arrived that morning exactly when they said he would. I explained the problem to him and how the main sewer line was backing up. I explained a sure procedure to back up the line (fill up bathtub halfway, drain) and 5 minutes later there was a minor proof that it was plugged. When i came back down to the utility room with the floor drain, he had cleaned up the previous flooding mess and said nothing of the matter. Really appreciated that. He wrote a nice description how he resolved the issue. -Snaked sewer from floor drain. -Plug found at 43 ft. - No Roots. -Explanation of what plug consisted of (omitted here for sensitive stomachs) -Went to 60 ft with 4 blade cutter Tools used: Sewer machine These guys did a fantastic job and will be my primary goto for all plumbing needs.

I've use JJ's plumbing for 17 years in the Ozaukee County area and have been very happy every time. Great guys, great service at a fair price. You can't go wrong with JJ's from my perspective. I am moving to Waukesha county, and alas, they don't provide service that far away so will be sorry to part ways with them.
