These guys were great! Showed up on time, did great work, and did not "pitch" me for a new unit as they said that i didn't need it now, and with proper maintenance could extend the life of the current units. Appreciated the fact they looked out for my best interests. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.!

Carl arrived as scheduled and performed the work flawlessly. He was very good and made sure I knew what was done and if anything else was needed in the future. He made sure to note what to watch for in the future to make sure my unit lasts as long as possible.

Arrived on time both times. Got work done in time they said. Very friendly both in my call to schedule and in the service received at our home. When the thermostat went out and furnace would not kick in they arrived within hours of our call. I decided I wanted a different thermostat than what they had with them and they were kind enough to research ones that fit what I was looking for and came back to install the new one with only charging the difference in the thermostats, no additional service fee. I talked to the owner, repair person and receptionist numerous times and every time they were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them any time I need work done. I also received a thank you after the visit by both email and a personal call from the owner. They go above and beyond on their service.

Not only were they prompt and kind, they were willing to help with all of our needs at a very reasonable price. Because of it, we have had them come back a few times just for maintenance purposes. I feel very comfortable calling with any question and completely trust them with all of our heating and cooling needs! We absolutely would recommend them!

The team showed up on time, were clean around the house, and very professional in explaining what was needed.

Workers arrived exactly on time (8am); entire job took about 5 hours. Workers ran tests with upstairs thermostat; all checked out to everyone's satisfaction. Two rebates were available: office manager submitted both claims--we didn't have to do any of the paperwork. Owner and office manager were very helpful and prompt with arranging financing with a good rate. Again--not much work to do on our end! This installation was a planned appointment. Our previous furnace was 29 years old and we hated to gamble that it would make it through the next winter.

Excellent! PJ, Mike and Carl were extremely professional. They gave me very transparent pricing and were, by far, the most competitive on price of the five HVAC firms that gave me proposals for my air conditioning installation. They provided me several different options on how to install air conditioning in my home and gave me very clear information on the pros and cons of each option. They were very punctual, clean and courteous during the installation. I feel really fortunate to have found this firm. I know they will be a great resource for me going forward for any of my future HVAC needs.

Every person involved was professional, from the first phone call, to the dates of service to follow up. I like that they were friendly and personable and definitely concerned about ensuring we were happy customers. I always appreciate promptness, communication and high quality work. Very pleased.
