Very happy with TemperaturePro! PJ Theiler thoroughly checked all the registers in my house, got an accurate square footage, checked the duct work, showed me different options, and gave me an estimate. Six days later my new Lennox furnace was installed professionally, and everything was hauled away. I would definitely recommend TemperaturePro.

Ken and his team were great. We had a new furnace installed before this winter and have have wanted to reach back out to say thank you. The variable speed fan and new furnace have made the whole house noticeably more comfortable and consistent. We are very pleased.

I called on a Friday afternoon almost 4pm and talked to Ken about our furnace not working. He got Brian out to our home right away to diagnose and fix the problem a few hours later. Working with TemperaturePro Cedarburg was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had! Ken accommodated the same day service despite it was late in the day. They sent me a confirmation email/text when the technician was on his way. Brian did an excellent job, fixed the issue, explained to some tips for maintaining the heater. I highly recommend their service!

Called on a Friday night during a winter storm and talked to Ken about our furnace not working. He took notes and got Jake out to our home to diagnose and fix the problem a few hours later. My family is now comfortable and thankful for the work done despite the inclement weather.

It Went well. Serviceman was professional. Quick tune up and provided some info about the tune up and the health of the furnace.

Very pleased with the prompt service and reasonable price. The communication was great, even sent a text with a bio and picture of the serviceman (who very polite and courteous) and could track his location prior to his arrival.

Had my A/C unit replaced after original unit of 25 years went out. Sales person was great. The installers were on time and vey good with the installation. They showed me everything they did and were very helpful when I had questions. Price was good and customer service was great. I also purchased their maintenance program for my Furnace and A/C and again they were great and on-time. Definitely a great company to work with and I highly recommend their services.

Furnace died one frigid day in Feb. and the guys from Temperature Pro came and replaced it the next day. Plenty of space heaters were provided for that short mean time. All my questions were answered. Workers were friendly and knowledgeable. The house was left clean. When the blower developed a whining noise soon after, the noise was investigated and a part replaced. This is my second time hiring them. The first was for a house I have since sold.

We had an annual service check up with TemperaturePro. The service men were on time, polite, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We were very impressed and will be having them back to service our air conditioner in the spring! What a wonderful company to work with!

Our home’s original Central Air Conditioning unit stopped working during a 90 degree stretch of days. My wife was 7 months pregnant and with a 17 month old child, I needed to get the air working ASAP. I had used another company in the past for a routine checkup, but when I called them they couldn’t get me in for weeks. As my wife started to panic, I reviewed Angieslist and picked TemperaturePro because they had some of the best reviews. I decided to call super early, like 7am sharp, thinking I would need to leave a voice mail. But to my surprise, Ken answered promptly. He was going to get a technician out right away for me. I ended up doing the next day when I was going to be home. The technician arrived promptly. He reviewed both my furnace and air conditioning unit. He verified what I expected, the blower died. He gave me all the different options that I could do. He provided both the pros/cons of each option. He was very insightful and detailed. Being the original unit (25 years) we ended up wanting to replace both the furnace and the AC. We had a two story house and it’s hard to get the heat/air up to the second story. So he stayed longer to review our ducts and provided some options they could do to help with that. He went above and beyond that day, providing great information without trying to sell anything. The next step was to work with their sales rep. He was willing to come that day but due to my child’s swim lessons, opted for the next morning when both I and my wife could be there. The sales guy arrived promptly and was super friendly. He reviewed our current furnace and AC and did a detailed inspection of our home. He gathered information about the number of windows we had, the direction our house faced, reviewed our duct work, etc which then he put all of that into his computer to get the correct sizing of unit required. We were really impressed with their level of thoroughness. I told him some of our issues with the heating/cooling of our second story and he offered some suggestions. Going into it we were sold with adding duct work for adding zoning. But due to our house being built in the 80s and how the ducts were laid out, he was very honest about how it probably won’t make as much of a difference as we think and due to the price of laying all the new duct work, it might not be work it. He provided alternative, more cost friendly approaches. We really appreciated his honesty and expertise here. He really knew his stuff. He showed us all the different options of units we could get. He made sure we understood exactly what we were getting. The price for it was very fair. I originally was going to call another company for a price comparison, but ended up not because the price was really good and we felt very happy with their customer service. They honestly felt like family rather than a company. They were able to get their service technicians out that Monday (having done the sales appt Friday). Two guys arrived, one being the technician from Thursday. They both were very friendly and knowledgeable. The job took all day to replace everything. They stayed later to make sure they could walk me through everything and test it. I was very happy with their work. Now it’s been a month later, and Ken just called to follow up on how my unit was working. I was very impressed that he called. The AC has been running great! And it’s cooling my upstairs off way better than it ever has. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with TemperaturePro. I am definitely going to be a returning customer. I would recommend.

I contacted TemperaturePro when my furnace stopped working on evening. I was hopping to get an early appointment the next morning since temperatures were dropping quickly. Much to my surprise, I heard back that night from Ken about getting an appointment. He called promptly the next morning and had moved his schedule around to accommodate my urgent heating need. Unfortunately, my husband had called another company that morning already on their way to our home and I had to cancel this appointment with TemperaturePro. I was impressed by the professionalism, communication, and concern shown to me. I would definitely call them in the future!

The technician arrived on time, completed the tuneup in a timely manner, offered succinct feedback on our HVAC system and what was done, cleaned up after himself, and thankfully did not try to upsell any additional goods or services to us after the work was done. I was very pleased with this experience.

The guys at Temperature Pro were the first to return my call. They seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. My furnace went out in the middle of the night (one of the coldest of the season so far) and they made an effort to come over as soon as possible. The guys even went out of their way to pick up the furnace instead of waiting for it to be delivered from the warehouse. They got enough done so we had heat for the night. They worked quickly and neatly. What was equally as important to me is how friendly everyone was. I was comfortable with my decision to go with them from my initial contact through the completion of the job.

I called Temperature Pro and Ken was able to get someone out to diagnose and correct the problem same day. Carl was on time, courteous and thorough in inspecting the whole system once back and up and running, preventing a certain return visit. I've struggled to find a good HVAC firm that I can rely on, which is why I called Temperature Pro this time. I've now found my go-to firm and recommend to others.
