The first time we used Jerry it was a few years ago to replace our garage door. The old mechanism that lifted the door had broken & my car was trapped inside the garage. The garage door was original to the house, which was built in 1950. Jerry came immediately & did a great job replacing the door. Yesterday Jerry came again when our garage door opener failed. He replaced it quickly. It was not cheap but we are happy w/the job & the new opener. We are glad we called him & would recommend him to anyone.

on the phone, everybody was very kind and I appreciated that they were able to help quickly. When the gentleman arrived, he took his time explaining all aspects of the garage, the problem and what would happen if I only fixed the springs and not the door. He also gave me an evaluation of the opener and track (which did not need work.) He showed me the doors and explained well the differences in the models. We had to special order the door since the size of our door was not standard. He left me with the info and pricing and allowed me time to decide. I called the next day and placed my order. The door was ready in a week and a half and they called to install the next day. There were two gentlemen to install. They were prompt and got started right away even though I was not home yet. They worked quickly and took their time after complete to explain the door and what they had done. They cleaned up well when they were done as well. I would definitely call them again if I had a problem because they were professional, kind and were great at helping me understand everything, so I felt that I was making informed decisions.

Spring had broke on my old garage door. Since the door was in poor shape, I wanted to replace the entire door. Called them on Saturday, they had the door I needed in stock and were able to replace it on Monday. No hidden fees, etc. They even replaced the old trim at no additional cost. Price charged was exactly the price quoted over the phone.

Called and got an appointment the next day to fix a cut wire on one of our sensors. They came out the next morning and fixed it in record time! Excellent company! Thank you!

Our spring broke on our garage door. I found Cedarburg Overhead through Angie's List, and based on ratings and proximity, called them up. Jerry promised to be at my house within just a couple hours and was right on time. Super nice guy. He assessed the problem quickly, fixed it, and I couldn't be happier. Awesome experience.

What a terrific experience!!!!! Our son came home from school and closed the garage door. The cable snapped, and the whole thing came crashing down. We had known it was on its last legs for a while.... I called Jerry at about 7 p.m., after office hours. He returned our call within an hour, and made an appointment to come out first thing the next morning. Diagnosis was that we needed a new garage door, as well as an opener. He didn't try to "upsell" anything -- just made recommendations for a basic level door and opener, offered an upgraded opener and explained why that would be a positive for us. They were able to install the door and opener the very next morning, and I've never had such a great door or opener in my life. From the time we called to the time everything was finished being installed -- 36 hours. Unbelievable service! Jerry was great at offering advice over the phone afterwards when we had a few questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Cedarburg Overhead Door! We couldn't have been happier!

Great. Jerry made two previous visits to adjust/troubleshoot our old opener before whistling it dead (at no charge). Responsive and fast service! Top notch!!

Their product line seemed better than that of their competitors. The workers were nice, and they did a great job on the installation. The garage door is working well. They were very responsive. They came when they said they were going to come and were gone when they said they were going to be gone. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

From phone call to completion excellent service. Explained that we needed a new door and why it was not worth repairing (we knew we would have to replace but it was nice that he considered fixing). Explained product very well. Came back after thinking about color ordered recognizing that what we had discussed was not good match. This was good because what I had in mind was the color we did get but he originally was going to order a different color. Good solid product at the same price as cheaper constructed version from big box store. Arranged to have work done while at work. Would not have even known they were here (except for the bill and really nice door). They were very efficient and left things better than when they arrived.

Jerry came to my house the same morning that I phoned for service. I explained what the problem was, and he recommended replacing the opener and quoted me a price. I agreed to replacement of the unit and he said it would be available later that day. Early that afternoon, an employee from his company arrived with the new opener and installed it. He used new brackets for the opener to minimize vibration during operation, a problem I had with my old opener (installed by a different company). I was pleased with how quickly Jerry responded to my need for service, and the efficient job that the installer did.

It was a Sunday morning and the garage was not functioning. We checked with Ace Hardware for help and they referred us to Jerry. Jerry was very prompt in answering the phone and mentioned that it sounded like a broken spring. He told me that to get both springs chnaged would be $225 and it would be twice that if he came out on a Sunday. He also told us how to open the garage temporarily. So, we opted for him to come the next day. Brandon came the next day and he saw that one of the panels was sagging and suggested that fixing the spring would not solve the problem in entirety. He suggested that we get a new door. Gave us a brochure and left as I was undecided. Later, I called Jerry to fix the springs. Jerry convinced me why we needed a new dooe. our door was 50 plus years old and was a drain on our relatively new motor. So, we got the door installed the very next day. His team was very organized and quick at their job.

He came out at last minute to fix door before the holiday weekend. He was informative and pleasant.

Our garage door opener broke--gears stripped--so that it wouldn't open. We called our home warranty company and they referred us to Cedarburg Overhead. The home warranty would usually cover the problem with a cheap temporary fix but Jerry worked with them to have them give the money as a discount to a brand new garage door opener (regular price would be $352 but home warranty chipped in $125). They came out on a very cold day but did a great job installing a nice new garage door opener which is very smooth. They also offered maintenance advice for the new opener. We're very happy!

Our garage door opener would hum but the garage door wouldn't shut. We recently got the house and it's still under warranty so we called the home warranty company and they put us in touch with Cedarburg Overhead. We talked to Jerry about what was going on and he said "Let me tell you what you've got to do if you want to save the money." I took his advice and it fixed it!
