Awesome service! Called at 5:30 PM on a weekday, scheduled service for the following morning. Jeff (he was great!) showed up on time, completed the repair in short order and the charges were very reasonable.

Really happy with this experience. After our Chamberlain garage door opener (of unknown age and origin) went kaput, I called Cedarburg Overhead Door. They were able to come quickly - within a day or two - to install a new LiftMaster garage door opener. It is a huge improvement over what was previously here; it runs more smoothly, almost silently, and can be controlled with a smartphone if desired. The installation was speedy and professional, and we were given clear verbal instructions on how to care for the opener and keep the garage door moving smoothly. Product is great, people were great. I would definitely call again.

I called Cedarburg Overhead Door the day my garage door opener broke. It was during a really bad snowstorm and I thought I would just schedule him to come out later in the week but he said it was no biggie and came out DURING a snowstorm. I ended up ordering a custom door which is a 2-3 week wait, and to be nice he installed the opener before the new door arrived (to work with the old door). We are still in the 2-3 week waiting period for the door, but I have to say, so far so good!

On a very cold February day the garage door broke. When I called, the owner was very helpful and had me check several different things (sensor eye etc.) to see if there was a simple fix. When I looked up, I could see that the large spring was in two distinct pieces. Since I couldn't get the car out, I basically couldn't go anywhere. Surprisingly, Brandon showed up within an hour and quickly fixed the door. I was impressed with the courteous and timely customer service.

Cedarburg Overhead Door Company is absolutely excellent! From my first email, phone contact and then installation, Jerry, Brandon and the installation team were absolutely a pleasure to work with. If you are a female and must take care of house needs - this company is for you. My husband isn't always available for house stuff - and I was relieved to know that I could call with any questions or inquiries and would always receive a professional and courteous response. This team is certainly operating in the current world! Prices were reasonable and competitive. Jerry helped me color match my garage doors to my house beautifully. The installation gentlemen were also above par! Efficient, neat and accomodating. The garage doors are beautiful, well insulated with spray in foam and operate smoothly. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. This team knows how to run a business. I am very particular and I just can't say enough kind and thankful words abut this company and their product.

We were impressed with the service from this company throughout. The morning the opener and door broke, the owner of the company came out about 30 minutes after we called them. The window panel for the new door had to be ordered so he made an adjustment to the existing opener and door so the garage door could still be used temporarily but the broken door would not affect the structure of the garage. He did not charge us for this. He explained why the door had to be replaced and was very helpful walking through replacement options and cost. This occurred a few months after we had just purchased this new home, and realized after the fact that our HSA warranty from our realtor might cover some of the cost, and Jerry (the owner of the company) was very helpful working with HSA for us to get us a partial refund.

I called the provider in the afternoon about needing a new garage door opener. He told me on the phone exactly what he would install and the price. He can over the next morning and installed the opener, leaving the remotes, invoice and instruction manual in my back door. I truly appreciate the quick efficient service.

We called him about a noisy and poorly performing door for repair. He reviewed situation, and performed some adjustments which did improve things a bit. He advised us that more than that, which he felt unnecessary, would require replacing the door. He talked us out of it. This is a great guy to do business with. He could have very easily sold us a new door.

After scheduling another company to install two new garage door openers, they arrived and decided that the openers would not work for our older doors (55yrs old) and for many technical reasons, would have to re-configure some things which would likely result in twice the quoted price, so then called Cedarburg Overhead Doors. Jerry came same day, saw no problem and scheduled install for several days later. Prompt, efficient and love the new openers! Very quiet and great bells and whistles. Installers were professional, nice guys who knew what they were doing. Would use them again.

Working with this company was a pleasure from start to finish. I called at 8am and the springs were replaced by 9:30am. I do live close to their shop so that probably helped but either way it was very quick service. Brandon was the service technician and was helpful in explaining the options (whether to replace both springs or just the broken one). He explained what/how he was doing the work (it?s always nice to have a better understanding how something in your house works). He also advised on routine maintenance that I should do to prolong the life of the overhead door.

They were very quick to come over. They were very thorough and very polite. If I had any problems I was free to call. They are really, really good people. I just recommended him to my son.

Service provider arrived soon after service was requested, quickly diagnosed the problem and was very professional. He explained all options up to replacing the garage door and offered the quick, least expensive option without high pressure up selling, but did explain benefits of replacement as an option. He followed up to verify the repair continued to work and was personable and pleasant in all communications. I would definitely use this provider again and would encourage others to contact them for service.

This time was very wonderful! Last time they came, they gave me a price to install a new garage door and garage door opener and when all the work was done, it was still that same price! No hidden fees!!

I called the company on Saturday, April 20 after we got home and the garage door would not open. The owner stated he would be out to look at it that day. To our surprise, he was here in about 15 mins. He told us the old unit had finally given out and needed to be replaced. It was from 1999. He said someone would be out on Monday. We waited until about 4:30 pm and then called him. He remembered coming out on Saturday and checked to see what happened. He apologized for the order not being in the system and rescheduled for first thing next morning. The workman called at 8 a.m. and said he would be here within 1/2 hrs and he was. He also apologized for the order being misplaced and got right to work. After he was done with the installation, he gave us the paperwork on the unit and explained how it worked, as it has a few more features than the old one. He also showed us how to change the code on the key pad. He was very helpful and polite. The new unit is so quiet and seems to slow down just before meeting the garage floor. So it doesn't slam down like the old unit. Very pleased with the way it works.
