"The project went very well! Mike is terrific. The crew came as scheduled. Explained what they would be doing and did a nice job.The first part of the project involved trenching the basement floor along the three walls. This was the dusty and loudest part of the work since they use electric jack hammers. Make sure you cover everything. They did a great job cleaning up the area they worked in but you will still have dust. We had a minor problem and came to a mutual agreement for solution. Nice people to work with, great job!"

"Tried to setup an appointment with Mr. Rooter Plumbing Service with services they told me they were familiar with and they could perform. Originally I was given a quote, than contacted again that they forget to add in fees for permitting. I was upset that they forgot to quote this in the beginning, so after being honest about how I felt about that they decided not to do business with me. I even tried to make the situation easier for them by changing some of the services I needed, and they still declined. Turns out that the permitting fee I was quoted is nearly double what the city charges for permitting, and hence larger in price than what other plumbers charge for the same fee. I would not trust this company to do plumbing since they are not upfront about non-incidental fees and charge more than they should for said fees. I suppose it is a blessing they decided not to business with me anyhow. I would give this place 0 stars if I could for their unprofessional attitude and unbusinesslike qualities."
