We are fully insured, licensed dwelling contractor by the state of Wisconsin. We are investors and flippers ourselves, who specialize in buying broken houses and completing extensive remodels to create high end rentals. We offer remodeling services to homeowners looking to transform their home into a new vision. Between 2017 and 2022, we flipped 18 houses and completed dozens of remodeling projects for customers. "Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
