Description of Work: Payed for package, said they would do it when it was warmer, a year later. Notified Aggie's List, stated they would have someone else complete, 9 or so months later, nothing.

Description of Work: I called them to get an estimate for deck repair on July 15th. I left a message about what I needed and I never received any response back.

Description of Work: Addition of garage with breezeway. New siding on the rest of the house to match the new addition. Replaced seven windows on existing house. There were some delays due to permits and weather which were not Vesel's fault. When he was able to start, things went pretty well.

Description of Work: I bought this deal in Oct 2014 and contacted Vesel the same day. He promised me that I was at the top of his list, and he would do the work no later than early December. I never heard from him again! When I wrote to Angie's List they promised to find me a different vendor who would do the work at the same price. I have not heard back about this promise either. This has been a negative experience all the way around, and the $300.00 I spent in Oct is still floating around in cyber space somewhere. 'Disgruntled' hardly describes the way I'm feeling. Description of Work: Vesel replaced the roof and gutters on my house and garage. The quality of the roofing job was very high and I am very satisfied with that. I did have some issues with the gutter installation not being of the quality that I would have liked. The gutters were cut to different lengths at all ends of the home - some 4 inches past the end of the roof and others flush with it and everything in between. We also had one of the elbows leaking badly during moderate rain storms. I contacted Vesel and after 2 trips back out to my property they corrected all gutter issues. I would recommend them for roof repair or replacement, but would consider a separate company for gutters if I were to do it again.

Description of Work: The last time we spoke with Eric Vesel(Vesel Services) was April 22, 2014 when we did sign the contract for the roofing job.He did say to expect the work to begin in 5-6 weeks with the weather determining the exact date. The one thing I was not aware of when "buying" the referral was that the amount listed in the deal was payable by charge on that date. So as that is the case we have paid $5,999.99 on our credit card and work has not even begun. From the contractor perspective I understand the scheduling, but from the Angies List perspective I would have thought the charge would also have been from the date work began. Once the work has begun and completed, I will contact you to complete the information in this survey.

Description of Work: They were to do roof inspection and minor maintenance. They said 15 singles needed to be replaced but they couldn't do it because of the pitch of the roof and would be happy to credit the $99 dollars toward the $800 it would cost to replace 15 singles or a new roof which they recommended without going up on the roof. | |I asked for a return of my money which was refused and told them I was very very disappointed and would never use your Big Deal service again as this is the third time this has happened with the Big Deal. At least last time the money was refunded. It is always the "fine print". The first time cost me over $1000 to repair the damage done.

Description of Work: Eric was very helpful, attentive to my needs and prompt to complete roof. Great clue and great end product. Eric is a straight shooter and has a great crew.
