Description of Work: The three person crew was very professional and on time. They had the job done in a very efficient time frame. There were a few scratches on the windows of which they ask you to sign a waiver ahead of time. I would still use them again as they were very reasonable & courteous and able to fit me in on short notice.

Description of Work: The crew arrived on time and immediately began removing the screens on our 2 story home. Then they began powerwashing the whole house along w/the screens. After drying any excessive water, the crew began washing the 28 windows inside and out. All sills were wiped down on the outside AND in between the windows and the screens. Every window was sparkling clean including the corners and there were no streaks. The crew also took extra care to avoid spills, drips or messes on the carpeting and walls. |The office forgot to deduct the advertised 10% discount but rectified their error and I had a check for the difference in my hand within 2 days. I will definitely employ the services offered by Squeegee Squad again and highly recommend them to any Angie's List Members who are looking for a very reasonably priced professional company to clean their windows or power wash their homes.

Description of Work: We used them once in about April and they did a nice job, at a reasonable cost. However, when we contacted them again to do our kids house in late may, early June, they were too busy to do the job, even though we were not in a rush. | |I would have kept using them, but for that. |

Description of Work: I grew tired of cleaning my own windows and decided to try a window cleaning service. I contacted squeegee squad via their website and promptly received a call from the owner who said he would send some one over for an estimate. I waited a week and didn't hear so called back and he said they did come over but ran out estimate slips to put in my door. He quoted $200.00 inside outside cleaning including screens and the job would take about 2 hours. I called the office to schedule an appointment and was given Monday, September 29th in the morning for an appointment. Because they were doing the inside windows I took the day off. The morning of the cleaning I received a call stating they overbooked and would need to reschedule. I was not happy and let them know I took a workday off for this. The person who called me contacted the owner who called me and made arrangements to get someone over that morning. He did get one employee over instead of possibly 2 or more? Anyway it ending taking longer maybe 3.5 hours. The young man was polite and did an excellent job. If it wasn't for the scheduling issue I would give all A's and appreciate that they worked to get someone there the day I was scheduled. I have a 2 story house with 32 casement windows (counting each panel as a separate window) and 8 sets of patio doors. Considering the time and effort it would have taken me I am happy overal

Description of Work: I would have given Squeegee Squad an A+ if that rating was available! A squad of one, Alex, washed the inside and outside of our windows, including screens. This young man was courteous, listened to my comments, answered my questions, and did a wonderful job. Our windows sparkle! Our home is a two story, and several of the windows are on quite a slope. Alex took off his shoes when doing the inside work, closed the door when he stepped outside, and was extremely polite and friendly. We will definitely have Squeegee Squad return! We first did business with them this spring when they came out to clean our gutters -- another superb job. In fact, we asked them not to disturb a robin's next at an upper-level downspout, and they worked around her! Yes, A+!
