Squeegee Squad

We have used Squeegee Squad for many years to clean our gutters. This year, we had Alex and Dan power/pressure washing our house. As always, they were friendly, on time and did a great job cleaning our vinyl siding especially the north side which was quite dirty. Will definitely continue to use them and would recommend them to others.

Excellent experience. He came earlier than scheduled which was appreciated as the weather would have been iffy on the scheduled day. He went far beyond what was required. He took before and after pictures of the gutters,he blew the leaves from the gutters and the other leaves on my grass to the street. I was sick of raking so this was great. He was very reasonable.

The work was done promptly, thoroughly, and with great energy! The 3 people were helpful, courteous, and very pleasant. The price seemed reasonable and we plan to use them again.

These guys are awesome! Had our windows & gutters cleaned. Have used Squeegee Squad in the past and will continue to use them. Very reasonably priced. Schedule early because they book up fast.

To be fair, we hired this company about 3 years ago and they did a great job. I contacted them again to engage their services and received one email in the Spring indicating they had openings. I was looking to schedule in August/September timeframe and contacted them to schedule. I have written them several times and no response; on to other providers. Advice: even if your schedule is booked, it's good customer service to respond to potential customers and let them know so.

They are thorough, very reasonable price, they are timely, courteous and they did an excellent job.

The owner Alex was a pleasure to deal with and stands behind his workers to make his company outstanding. While their price was significantly higher than other bids I had received from Angie's List, I feel it was worth it, because of the work ethic of his crew. We have Pella triple pane windows, and a lot more than the average home. Their workers Dan (The Field Manager) & Nick (The General Manager) were phenomenal and worked great together. They showed up on time and worked on the inside of the house windows and were later joined by three other workers Brian, Emmitt & Viad, who worked on the outside windows of the house. As part of their window cleaning service, they also cleaned the screens and wiped down the insides of the window sill's. I was very impressed with the attention to detail that both Dan & Nick performed, along with going the extra mile, which reflects greatly on the service that their company provides. Alex and his crew provide quality service at a fair price. We have used them for 3 years and are so satisfied we now schedule the next cleaning before they leave. We use them twice a year. One of the hardest working contractors i have come across. We recommend them highly.

Excellent. The windows inside and out sparkle and the screens are spotless. They even cleaned 2 hanging light fixtures that are too high up for me to get to. Very prompt getting me a quote and scheduling. Highly recommend. Reasonable rates.

What great service -- one of the most courteous, thoughtful, and honest service providers I've ever encountered! Alex' bid was very fair, and quite reasonable. When he finish (and his cleanup was impeccable), he told me it would be less than the bid, as it took him less time to complete the job. Wow! We immediately hired Squeegee Squad to clean our windows next month. Again, their bid was very reasonable.

Alex was superb. The windows were washed, many storms removed for washing , he removed and scrubbed clean the screens, vacuumed the window sill dust bunnies, replaced everything. Found every little window even I had overlooked. Arrived promptly, worked very hard and fast, spent over 4 hours, Then gave me a 20% discount because "it didn't take as long as he'd thought" to get the job done. 268

The two person team arrived promptly - even a little bit early. The young lady and young man were courteous and very hard working. I have to tell you that our windows and screens had not been really washed thoroughly for years. They did a FANTASTIC job - and I mean FANTASTIC! They were here for three hours and professionally cleaned the screens and windows. I cannot say enough about this business. (Although I'm a bit hesitant because it may be harder to schedule them next year!) LOVE the Squad!!!

Two polite, neatly dressed young men showed up on time, and got right to work, removing screens and window grids. They then cleaned the window outside and in, washed the screens, and put everything back together. We were asked to inspect the work before the bill was presented, and found that it was done perfectly. I am a repeat customer who has found this business to be both professional and fairly priced, and very deserving of the highest rating.

Four people came on time-very polite. Got started right away after confirming what needed to be done. Kept working-very timely manner was done. I looked over all worked performed. Paid by check & they were done. Quicker & more satisfied than what I expected. Wow!

I have used Squeegee Squad. They were here maybe August/September or something like that maybe. It was a flat rate, like a crazy cheap introductory thing, I don't know, like a $100 or something. I mean we have like 22 windows and there was two guys and they worked hard and they were probably done in a couple of hours. I was very happy with it. The lead guy was a lead guy more than a helper and the lead guy was just a bit direct, you know, not real salesy, he kind of just walked around the house, you know, you normal expect somebody to say, hey is it okay to go upstairs, or you know, he kind of just marched around the house and my wife was little put off by that, we knew that they were there but he could have been a little more customer friendly. He was just kind of getting his job done and not real salesy/customer focused. Other than that the work was fine. We didn't feel threatened or anything, you know, he kind of just marched around the house and, you know, and he obviously, if they're going to do all that work for a relatively small amount of money they have to hurry or they'll end up getting behind o losing money, so I realize that they have to be business like but my wife just thought that he could have spoken to us a little more as he made his way through the house. The price was perfect, I mean tops. I kept thinking this can't be right. They did the inside and outside of 22 windows. It was like crazy cheap. They got there and did the work promptly. I'm sure they were there on time and when they said they would be and they were finished like I said in a couple of hours. We would use them in the future but we would talk to them about just that one concern.
