Great. Good service and advice.
Description of Work: Thorough inspection of fireplace, chimney and chimney cap. Provided a detailed report and consultation on issues discovered with a suggestion of waiting to repair. There was NO PRESSURE to perform the repairs immediately. Kurt Soens was honest and let me know that the repairs don't need to be made right away and may be years until there is a problem. Highly recommend Smoke Stacks for all masonry and chimney cleaning or repair advice and work.

Description of Work: Arrived promptly to give estimate of work on chimney. Informed me that the problem was beyond what he could do and showed photos of what the problem was. Gave reference for someone else to do the work. I really appreciated the integrity of his not proceeding with a job that he did not feel comfortable with.

I am sorry - my mistake. My secretary, my mother, has been answering my phone for the past 19 years and she is over 80 years old and she does unfortunatly sometimes miss calls. That is why i include my cell phone number on all my advertisements as well as my answering service.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE...WITH GLOSSY BROCHURES AND A VERY SMOOTH SALES PRESENTATION BUT THEY SEEMED TO MAKE THE JOB AND THEREFORE THE QUOTE MUCH MORE THAN ANY OTHER COMPANY.
Description of Work: QUOTATION WAS VERY HIGH BECAUSE THE ESTIMATED WORK WAS EXTENSIVE. THE SCOPE OF THE REPAIR WORK WAS QUOTED BY THREE OTHER COMPANIES ON ANGIE''S LIST AS MUCH LESS.
