They did a great job of bringing down the dead tree in my front yard and grinding out the stump and exposed roots. They were knowledgeable and friendly, I would definitely recommend Dorshak for any tree services.

The four gentlemen who performed the work did a great job of bring down a huge old ash tree that was losing branches and killing the lawn around it. Electricity to our home was disconnected while they performed the work but was promptly restored as soon as they had the tree cut low enough to do so. They cleaned up everything really well when they were done. Came back promptly the next day to finish cutting up the trunk.

We would definitely recommend Dorshak for any of your tree services. The owner Myron and his crew were all a pleasure to deal with.

I had a dead tree in a cluster of trees. They took down the tree then also trimmed the branches on the remaining trees. They were very responsive. They took care of the job - and left the area spotless. I would recommend them highly.

Full crew came and did removal work in one day. Came back a different day for stump removal. Got a different service to replace the grass.

They were amazing and fantastic. They were quick. The price was right. It was a really great group of people that came out. The guy was really helpful in telling me what kind of tree would be good for a replacement for the one we took down. He spent a lot of time with us and gave us good information about what was going on. I would recommend them over and over again. We had 3 different tree services come out and they were the cheapest. They did quality work. I would absolutely use them again and wouldn't even get quotes from other people.

I contacted Dorshak Tree Serice at 6:30am. Within 30 minutes I had received a call back and the office guarateed that someone from the company would be there late morning to look at the tree. George Dorshak arrived at 10:45am and he said he could have a crew at my home by 11:30am. The crrew arrived on time and had the tree section removed and area cleaned by 1:00pm. I was impressed with the quick response, the price of the job, and the professionalism. I would definately contact Dorshak again for tree trimming services.

Unlike other companies, they did not use ropes to tie off any of the pieces as they cut the tree down, so this resulted in numerous large dents and gouges in the turf. They chipped my sidewalk with the stump grinder, and one of the guys was rude to my neighbor when he asked them to re-attach a piece of trim that was knocked off during their work.

We requested and received a very competitive estimate for tree trimming of ash trees overhanging our garage. When the crew arrived, we discussed it with them and decided it would be best to remove one of the trees. We also asked them to trim a branch on another tree in our yard. We agreed upon an additional fee for the extra work and it was performed in an efficient and professional manner. All the wood was hauled away and the yard was left clean and neat.

They arrived on time and did an excellent job for the agreed on estimate. The estimate was very fair considering the time and equipment they had to bring to the job.

They spent the afternoon trimming the trees. They were responsive to all requests and did a great job of cleaning up after the job was finished. I have used them in the past at another home and will use them again in the future.

They did a great job!. Jessie quickly gave an estimate and scheduled the work in a timely manner. Walter and his crew arrived on time, cleaned up as the tree was trimmed, and they removed a field stone pathway when they had to bring the truck further into the yard. We were happy when they reinstalled the pathway without us asking. They were so professional and also personable. One of our neighbors initially recommended them to us maybe 6 years ago. They are the only tree company we use since they are so knowledgeable. They previously cut down a large Norway Maple for us and they will be fertilizing the Burr Oak in a few days. They will also be removing a large shrub and Jessie recommended doing that in Fall since it is in our garden and he didn't want any of the plants damaged. He even gave us the estimates the very same day I called! We highly recommend Dorshak Family Tree Service!

Dorshak Family Tree Service rocks. They gave a great price, a team of 3 guys came out right on time and got to work. Very efficient and quick at bringing down the tree carefully and safely. They had the tree down by 1pm and then another team of 2 came back the next morning to remove the stump. My only complaint is that one of the guys smoked and left a few cigarette butts. Other than that, they cleaned up after themselves and left my yard in pretty good shape.

I submitted a request for a quote via the company website, and received a call the very next day. An arborist came as scheduled and walked the property with me. He was knowledgable about my trees, listened well, and offered his opinion. They explained that the stump grinding would take place on a day after the tree removal. I received a quote within 2 days, scheduled the work and called Diggers' Hotline. A crew of 3 arrived as scheduled to remove the trees. All introduced themselves and were polite and professional. They completed the work and cleaned up thoroughly. They even stacked some of the wood per my request so a neighbor could easily pick it up for his fireplace. One worker arrived several days later unannounced to grind the stumps. He was less communicative than the tree removal crew. I had to ask how things were going when it was apparent he was having trouble getting to one of the stumps. Fortunately he called for a helper with additional equipment, and the second man seemed more experienced as he introduced himself and took charge. All went well, and the workers patched some grass that had been damaged by their equipment, and as a courtesy left behind a partial bag of soil for the patches.

We needed help with two large Norway maples in our backyard that had never been trimmed. We had not made an actual appointment. Dorshak had asked if they could just come over at some time when they finished another job early and I agreed. It took about 2 weeks. I wasn't home when they came but my mother was. The maples had been nicely trimmed. They looked good, they hadn't trimmed so much that the trees looked overly thinned out. The maples simply looked lighter and in much better shape, and their branches were no longer leaning over on the smaller birch and crabapple. The men also trimmed some dead branches from the birch without adding to the bill. The man in charge seemed very knowledgeable and they were all very pleasant. They even helped my mother with another problem that she asked them about. They cleaned up after themselves completely. Both my mother and I were extremely pleased with their work as well as the charge for the work. I would happily call them again if the need presents itself.

The tree looks excellent. I am very pleased with the service and plan to have the other tree in our yard done next year.
