Gentleman pulled up outside, saw my son and I by the door, ignored us and walked around into my backyard. I have large, protective dogs who would have attacked him had they been outside. The dogs were pounding on the glass patio door because a stranger was in their yard. I went out to meet him, he didn't introduce himself and just stood there looking around the yard - which is filled with trees so he had no idea what he was looking for. I introduced myself and mentioned that walking directly into the yard wasn't a good idea without letting the people inside know. He said "oh" and turned around and left. That was it. Never heard a word from the company again.

Excellent job in cleaning up the drive way

I was very pleased with their work. I had difficult locations to get to and they had no problem. I would use them again and I am very pleased.

Very well. It took 2 days. They took all the wood with them. At first we thought the clean up could have been better but when we called, they came right out and finished up the few things we pointed out.

Dorshak came in a few days and left an estimate ( with Angie's discount indicated). I phoned to accept 3 days later. Got phone call to schedule about 2 weeks later. Arrived on schedule with 2 advance notices. 4 -man team worked seamlessly, protected the driveway, cut down the tree and chipped it - all in about 2-3 hours. Did good cleanup and left a neat pile of large logs to be picked up later. I called 10 days later to remind - and they were picked up 2 hours later. Then I received the bill. ( cost below does not include tax) Overall: highly pleased

Very well. Our only concern is that we paid to have the wood removed--but were asked to keep the wood (as a freebee for anyone driving by). That wood was removed in one week.

I think their pricing is high, but I did not get estimates from others so I do not know what to compare it to. They gave me an estimate to trim the back but it was like $1200 and I did not want to do it at that time so I have not had them back. I think they are expensive. I would like to find someone cheaper. I would maybe use them again.

They came out to my house in a timely fashion. The estimate was free and the quote was reasonable. I will definitely hire them when I decide to have the work done.

The responsiveness and knowledge was unbelievable. Jesse Dorshak couldn't have been better to work with. This is the reason I have been a repeat customer. The Dorshak family are so great to work with. I had the brush pile picked up the day before the holiday and also was able to get a quote on some evergreens that were starting to brown. I will continue to use and refer Dorshak.

Mr. Dorshak came out for an estimate. He explained everything and arrange for services which came off exactly as he said they would. While they were there I asked them to do some additional trimming which they did. I was very satisfied and felt the price was reasonable.

Work was done quickly and completely

I used the "free estimate" section of their website to enter all of my information and describe my job. I waited a week and then sent another request, adding that they were a referral and I really wanted them to come out to quote the job. Now ANOTHER week later and still nothing. What a waste of time.

The four men who came to our house to do the trimming were friendly and professional. We discussed what would be done and they then worked non-stop. Absolutely everything was cleaned up afterward, even the branches that fell into our neighbor's yard. We would definitely hire them again!

They were horrible. If I remember correctly, I contacted them and the guy is so old he needs to retire. He gave me a quote on the wrong trees. He quoted to cut down the small trees and trim the big ones, which should have been opposite. It was moronic. He probably has dementia, he should retire. When I called them and told them they kinda laughed, and said that was the owner stating he was kinda senile. They never sent anyone else out to give another quote. They need to just to go out of business in my opinion. The estimate he provided for the work was $1000.

I needed 3 large mature trees pruned. Dorshak was prompt, coming out the next day to provide a free estimate, and beat 3 of their competitors in cost by nearly 25%. Due to a busy time of year, they estimated it would be 3-4 weeks for them to get out to our house. To my surprise, they were able to make it out in 1 week. The crew was friendly and very open to my concerns. They even took the trouble to put a tarp under their truck to protect the driveway from any oil leaks from the truck. Would use this service again.
