[Member Name Removed], I went through our online estimate requests all the way to October of 2018 and I did not see an estimate request from you. I also went through our paper estimates and I did not see a proposal in there. We have five Arborists on staff and get out to our customers within 7-10 days of the request - most of the time sooner than that. I am unsure what happened with this situation, but I apologize for this being your experience. Please let us know if we can make it right. It went well.
Description of Work: I needed a large tree removed from my garage roof after a wind storm. They removed as much as they could the first day and then came back for the rest later. They cleaned everything up and left the yard as they found it.

Description of Work: Initially, Dorshak was engaged to perform a trim operation, but after the job was started we asked them to change the job to a full cutting when we saw that the tree was in worse health than we had expected. The firm cut down & removed a giant weeping willow tree, estimated 16'+ circumference, approx 60' tall, with difficult accessibility issues. The process took two full days, and several major pieces of heavy equipment, using crews of 3-4 workers. All of the personnel connected with this project were professional and hard-working, and kept us up-to-date as the process went along. They were diligent about cleaning up and removing all debris. The only catch we faced was that a brief "Jan. thaw" caused the path, that the equipment crossed to remove the lumber, to become muddy, and some ruts were created. The company has assured me that restoration work of the damaged area will be handled in Spring, and I have every expectation the company will deliver on that promise. I would not hesitate to use this provider for future tree-cutting.

OVERALL I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED. I GOT AN ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK IN JULY 2001, BUT DIDN''T GET THE WORK DONE UNTIL APRIL 2002. NOT ONLY DID THEY HONOR THE QUOTE FROM JULY, THEY GAVE ME THE WINTER RATE WHICH WAS $75.00 CHEAPER. MY ONLY PROBLEM WAS WITH PUNCTUALITY. THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE AT 8:30 AM BUT DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 10:30AM.
