They are professional and they do good work.

They do excellent work. They have the big equipment to handle large trees, they hauled everything away.

The estimator came out within a few days of the call, the actual work had to be delayed due to bad weather but the company always kept me informed. The tree had become bushy and out of control despite a professional trim less than a year ago. The difference between Dorshak and the other company was amazing. Not only did the tree look fantastic but they cleaned up every twig and leaf. They really shaped and pruned the tree instead of just lopping off the top and sides. The tree is healthier than ever.

After I accepted the proposal, (Tues.) I called their office and was told to call back on Wednesday to setup the appointment. (Wed.) I called to set-up an appointment and it was scheduled for that coming Saturday. I was told I was going to be one of three customers that day. We waited all day Saturday for them to come...they did not show up, we did not receive a call from them. I called them back on Monday and asked why they didn't show up and they said they had to take care of someone else's storm damage. I asked why couldn't they have called us to let us know they weren't going to show up...they had no answer for that. I was then told that I was on schedule for that day. I asked for a time and they would not give me one. I called them back later and told them that I was not comfortable with their services and did not want to use them.

The $200 listed is for multiple sprayings of two large flowing crab apple trees. I think that they are quite knowledgeable and personable.

I CALLED AND NEEDED PROMPT SERVICE AS I COULDNT GET OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY. I WASN'T TOLD 'EMERGENCY' SERVICE WOULD COST EXTRA ($95 AN HOUR PER MAN & WE HAD 4 MEN). FORTUNATELY, THEY WERE QUICK (1/2 AN HOUR). THEY INITIALLY BILLED ME FOR AN HOUR BUT CORRECTED THE BILL WHEN I COMPLAINED.

They are always very professional and accurate in their tree removal. They always ask before they do anything from electric wires to harming the grass when maneuvering their equipment.

They were just wonderful. It was a major job. Dennis the arborist was extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

THIS MADE ME WONDER ABOUT THE $100 THAT I SPENT ON BARK TRACING. WHEN GEORGE CAME OUT FOR THE FERTILIZING HE TOLD ME THAT ARBORISTS DON'T DO BARK TRACING ANYMORE; THAT IT WAS AN OBSOLETE PRACTICE. THEN I WAS INFORMED BY LETTER LATER THAT SOMEONE HAD COME BACK TO DO THE BARK TRACING & I WAS INVOICED THE $100.00 & TAX.

NOT ONLY WERE THEY THERE VERY QUICKLY THEY WERE EXTREMELY CONSCIENTIOUS AND VERY THOROUGH IN THEIR CLEANUP. JOE, THE FOREMAN, ASKED ME IF EVERYTHING WAS TO MY SATISFACTION WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THE PRICE WAS EXPENSIVE BUT IT ALSO WAS EMERGENCY SERVICE.

THEY CAME OUT THE DAY THAT THEY PROMISED AND PARTIALLY TOOK DOWN THE TREE TO WITHIN ABOUT 4 FEET. THE FOREMAN TOLD ME HE WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE THE JOB, BECAUSE HE WAS CALLED OFF FOR STORM DAMAGE. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY, BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T SHOW AND I HAD HUGE LOGS ALL OVER THE BACK YARD ON THE GRASS. THEN THEY SENT OUT SOMEONE TO HAUL OFF THE WOOD THAT EVENING AND HE SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT TO GRIND THE STUMP AND CLEAN UP THE NEXT DAY. I DIDN'T HEAR FROM THEM AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS, SO I CALLED AGAIN. THEN ONE OF THE OWNERS CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY WITH A CREW TO REMOVE THE STUMP, AND TORE UP MY YARD WITH HEAVY EQUIPMENT. WE TOOK THE CHECK TO THEM TO SEE ABOUT HAVING THEM FIX THE YARD, AND THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC, BUT WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AFTER THAT.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS. WHEN THEY FELLED THE COTTONWOOD, THEY HAD THE POWER COMPANY TURN OFF NEIGHBOR'S ELECTRICITY. WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 4-5 HOURS OF SHUTOFF TURNED INTO A DAY AND A HALF. WE DETERMINED IT WAS THE POWER COMPANY'S FAULT. RANDY CALLED MY NEIGHBOR AND APOLOGIZED EVEN THOUGH IT WASN'T DORSHAK'S FAULT. THEY FELLED A DEAD BRANCH THAT WAS IN THE WAY AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. THE ONLY DAMAGE WAS TO A ROSE BUSH. PRICE INCLUDED TAX AND 10% WINTER DISCOUNT. WORK WAS DONE ON THREE VISITS.

HE SAID THAT HE DOES NOT COME TO MY AREA AND THAT HE ONLY DOES COMMERCIAL SNOW PLOWING AND ONLY AROUND HIS AREA. IF HE TOOK THE JOB HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO COME OUT FOR A DAY OR TWO. HE IS SATISFIED WITH WHAT HE CURRENTLY HAS GOTTEN FROM ANGIE'S LIST AND KNOWS HE HAS AN "A" RATING AND DOES NOT CARE.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED DORSHAK TREE SERVICE. THEY DO A GREAT JOB. I AM MOST IMPRESSED BY THE CLEAN UP WORK THEY DO. THEY HAUL AWAY ALL THE DEAD BRANCHES AND LEAVE THE YARD LOOKING GREAT.

MY YARD WAS ASSESSED IN AUGUST. QUOTE IS DATED OCTOBER. IT TOOK SEVERAL CALLS TO FINALLY GET A QUOTE. DID NOT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE QUOTES WERE MORE THAN DOUBLE OTHER COMPANIES. REQUESTED ITEMS WERE MISSING ON THE QUOTE.

DORSHAK DID AN EXCELLENT JOB REMOVING THREE TREES IN A VERY TIGHT SPACE BETWEEN TWO HOUSES. CLEAN-UP WAS GOOD. OTHER COMPANIES WANTED TO CHARGE MUCH MORE.

THE ESTIMATOR WAS NICE & PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK WAS OK, BUT THE CLEANUP WAS POOR.

I HAVE USED DORSHAK IN MY PRESENT HOME MANY TIMES OVER 9 YEARS. SOME OF THE TREES NEEDING TO COME DOWN WERE DIFFICULT TO ACCESS, BECAUSE THEY HAD GROWN INTO POWER LINES. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, CAME ON TIME, CLEANED UP WELL, AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS.

THEY DIDN'T RETURN MY CALL SO I CALLED THEM AGAIN. WHEN I CALLED THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WAS VERY RUDE AND I TOLD THEM THAT I WANTED TO BE HOME WHEN THEY CAME. HE TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST A WEEK. ALL OF A SUDDEN SOMEONE LEAVES A CARD IN MY MAIL BOX THAT SAID, "I DON'T KNOW WHICH TREE TO LOOK AT". THEY GAVE ME ESTIMATES FOR TREES THAT I DIDN'T WANT ANYTHING DONE TO. THEY DISREGARDED MY REQUEST TO BE HOME.

VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. CALLS ANSWERED OR RETURNED PROMPTLY. WORK WAS DONE WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. PRICE ON ESTIMATE WAS GIVEN FOR EACH PART OF WORK, SO IT WAS EASY TO DECIDE HOW MUCH OR WHAT I WANTED DONE. VERY COURTEOUS ON JOB AND PHONE.

THEY WERE A LITTLE SLOW IN COMING BACK TO CLEAN UP THE TREE PARTS, IT TOOK TWO WEEKS.

I'VE USED THIS COMPANY TWICE NOW AND I REALLY LIKE THEM. I THINK THEY ARE ABOVE THE PACK IN RESPONSIVENESS, PUNCTUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM, AND NEATNESS.

I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT I WANTED THE WOOD CUT INTO FIREPLACE LENGTH SO WE COULD USE THEM FOR OUR FIREPLACE AND THEY COMPLIED. THE DAY THE TREE WAS CUT DOWN THERE WERE 4 GUYS AND THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE LOOSE BRANCHES ETC. THEY DID ACCIDENTALLY PULL DOWN MY PHONE LINE, BUT GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE PHONE COMPANY AND IT WAS REPAIRED LATER THAT DAY. THEY ALSO GROUND OUT THE STUMP AND EVEN DID ONE EXTRA THAT I WAS NOT QUOTED FOR. THE PRICE WAS A LOT CHEAPER THAN OTHER COMPANIES.

THEY DID GOOD WORK AND HAD REASONABLE PRICES.

MYRON DORSHAK WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. HE DID THE ESTIMATE WITHOUT ME THERE, SO I DID NOT NEED TO TAKE TIME OFF OF WORK. THEY CALLED AHEAD OF TIME TO SCHEDULE THE WORK. THEY DID THE WORK ON TIME, AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ALSO DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING UP THE MESS FROM TAKING DOWN THE TREES AND GRINDING THE STUMPS. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
