Description of Work: Dave came to inspect the duel chimney of our 1965 home. He pointed out some rusting on the flue due to water entering through the chimney cap, but otherwise we're good to go. Dave told me about top-sealing dampers which improve heat loss while to fire place in not in use by closing at the top of the chimney, instead of drawing from the fire box area. | |The company was completely professional, punctual and friendly. We will definitely be calling them again.

Description of Work: I would highly recommend Pratt's for a chimney clean. My experience started with Angie in the office to Dave who provided the service. They were very professional and friendly. I asked questions to Dave and he answered them without hesitation. I will be contacting them again when I need the chimney cleaned. They were awesome!!
