Description of Work: Our chimney was cleaned and we were told what repairs would be needed in the future. It was a pleasure to deal with this Company from the first phone call to the actual service date. Everyone was friendly and helpful...very professional, beyond and above what the service called for. We will definitely use their services again.

Description of Work: Because I have a gas fireplace, only an inspection was required, not also a cleaning. The only reason I gave this serve a B rating is because while the service crew was very friendly and engaging, I wasn't entirely sure what encompassed said inspection. I felt a little in the dark.

Description of Work: Pratts came out and cleaned my chimney, inspected it, and replaced the cap. They accidently left the old cap on the roof, and when I notified them of this, they came right out and fixed the problem.

Description of Work: Pratt's came in to do a chimney cleaning from a deal I purchased on Angie's list. The employee was on time, even early and was very professional and left the house as clean as when he started.

Description of Work: We signed up for a chimney cleaning, and things went very well. The rep was on time and very courteous and professional.

Description of Work: I called earlier in the week to see if the tech could come earlier and was told that there was a person scheduled to get their chimney swept before me. I asked if they could call if anything changed. The morning of they were able to come earlier, which was great. The tech got right down to work and walked me through the process. He made sure to answer all of my questions, even suggesting how to burn some soft wood I had gotten from a neighbor. Other people told me to get my chimney swept 1-2 times a year (we have about 20 fires a year). This tech told me that every other year was fine and even suggested that I didn't need a cap that I was prepared to pay for that day. He was so honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They also clean the classic way, without chemicals or anything too fancy. Oh- and the tech showed me how to install a new ash dump in my fire box (without trying to sell me anything or being pushy). This company is great, I'm even setting my parents up with them!
