Description of Work: Didnt really end up doing what I hired them for. Then gave a ridiculously high quote for a bunch of over the top repairs and in so many words said, "Yeah its a bit far for us to come here for any less than $1,800 worth of repairs", so here is an estimate for a bunch of stuff you really dont need right now

Description of Work: Placed chimney caps in the fall, dont recall exact date. There was some misunderstanding about the work to be done but it was resolved quickly. B rating was just because of miscommunication on both of our accounts. I dont remember the cost but it was a deal purchased thru Angie's list and it was a fair price.

Description of Work: While the technician did a nice job of cleaning the firebox area and inspecting the exterior crown, I did not see any evidence of sweeping the flue. From previous cleanings, it is my understanding that sweeping the flue is a critical step. It is also a step to be performed as listed in the Big Deal.
