Description of Work: There was a problem the day of scheduled service, the worker had been injured the previous day. I was informed promptly and was promised service the next week. Another worker showed up the following week as promised. Work was done quickly and effectively. He checked in several times to see if there was anything else I would like him do. There where a few small things that we was happy to go ahead and take care of those things. I was totally satisfied.

Description of Work: Gutter guard cleaned out all the gutters around the house - cleaned up after they were done and made sure everything was back in place. My gutters are clear and don't cause any issues with backing up due to clogging. Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Performed a gutter cleaning service. The technician did a thorough job and reached some gutters I didn't expect him to be able too. Was honest about the work needing to be done and I got a good value for my money. Would use this company again.

Description of Work: Repaired gutter hit by tree branch. Rerouted gutter from front door overhang to 5 feet out. Had purchased a deal thru Angie's list for $99 for $350 worth of repairs. Though the deal was very inexpensive, I didn't feel that they performed $350 worth of repairs.

Description of Work: This service was originally scheduled for late November/early December 2013. They didn't show up on the date scheduled, so I emailed them, at which point they told me that they had run out of time and had rescheduled for the following week. By the time that date had rolled around, it had snowed and so my service was delayed until April 2014. I emailed a few times, and finally called. Once they performed the service, they did an excellent job, I was just less than thrilled with the delay and the lack of communication. Also, the Angie's List deal only covered 100 feet of gutter cleaning. I had additional gutters that needed cleaning, so I ended up having to pay an additional $100.
