They let five months pass before they fixed my gutters, and in the meantime the gutters bent and warped out of shape. When they finally fixed them they did not replace the gutters, but when we first talked to them this was an option. They finally just did it and never told us they were coming or discussed what the best thing was to do, so they reattached warped and twisted gutters that look terrible now although they still work. Our house is small, the job was easy, this was a terrible disappointment.

It didn't go. Angie's List could not refund my coupon since the business let it go for more than 30 days.

THIS IS AN UPDATE: Supposedly Milwaukee Gutterglove was out here twice to clean our gutters. The first time they "came a day early", and we had no way of knowing if they were here. Until a huge rainstorm a few days later. The gutters had NOT been cleaned. The second time they were supposed to come out, Laura assured us that pictures of them cleaning our gutters would be forwarded to us. We have not received any pictures or confirmation that the work was actually performed. We ended up hiring another service and paying them to do the job that Milwaukee Gutterglove was contracted to do. So much for Angie's List $99 special ......

It went pretty well. There was a bit of debate whether I have a two storey or three storey house and whether I was eligible for their price. But at the end of the day we got it resolved. I just paid for the $99 big deal. I was working on my house at the time they came and they cleaned the gutters until there was no mess left. The price was great.

We purchased the deal to have our gutters cleaned for $99. They scheduled the service date and told me I didn't need to be home. I called 3 times to purchase upgrade to have a section of my gutter with guards on it be cleaned. Got to speak with someone on the 3rd call and was told it would be taken care of. The gutters with the guards do not look like they were touched. The waste stuff was in my flower beds and lawn. This is the quality I get when I pay my nephew, going with a company I had expectations that phone calls would be returned, my request would be taken care of and the waste material would be collected and disposed of and not dropped into the flowers and lawn. This was the first deal I purchased through Angie's list and now I'm skeptical about future purchases. I would like to know more about the "deal" before purchasing deals in the future.

He was fine. I was a little disappointed when I asked him for an estimate on new gutters and they did not follow up. I don't think they do gutter replacement in Dane County. The person that did the cleaning was personable.

They begged off doing it in December so we agreed to do it this spring before the rains came. A guy came when my husband was at home and briefly interacted with him. I presumed he did the work but he did not leave any kind of a report about the condition or recommendations or anything, so that was disappointing. He may have done a great job but I think there should be some kind of a report or communication after the work is done as a reference.

multiple no shows not responsive to calls eventually did a great deal of the work myself because it was unclear if they were ever going to show up.

They came and did the job. It was delayed a little because of the weather. It was raining so much and then there was snow, so we had to wait until spring before he could come in and clean the gutters. I was charged some more than the $99 of the big deal. The quality of work was okay, he tried to sell me some gutter guards, but I don't want any gutter guards. He got all the gunk out of the gutters. He kept in communication with me. When we made an appointment, the weather was against us, so he kept communicating through Angie's List.

Our gutters were filled with debris and they used a leaf blower to get everything out. It went all over my house. They swept the driveway & porch but left everything else. They were nice, but it wasn’t what I expected. They were supposed to call before they came & they didn’t, but they did show up promptly.

We had a positive experience and felt that the work was done well. We appreciated buying this through an Angie's Big Deal.

Not well. They blew all the debris all over and did not clean it up. Debris covered sidewalks, a garden, our stoop, it even got through a screen on our door and made a huge mess of the back door. My wife did call them and they came back out a few days later but even then clean up was sloppy. I had the impression they bit off more than they could chew with the coupon they were offering. Would rather pay a little more and have things done well the first time.

Cleaned gutters almost completely clean. I climbed up after and removed a bit more but no big deal. They were nice and punctual

They went fine, they just did a fine job.

The gutters were cleaned out but the leafs and twigs that were removed were left all over the yard and not picked up. I contacted Gutterglove to inform them of the mess. They claimed they would resolve the issue but I never heard from them again.

Signed up for the special through Angie's list. It took a few more days to get scheduled than I expected. It said they would contact you within 2 days and technically they did, but they only asked for a phone number after two days and it was 3 days after that before someone called. The guy that called and left a message on a Saturday afternoon sounded like he was a bar, music in the background and could not understand him. It sounded like he said it would be two weeks, but they will call again to confirm. Luckily they had an opening and when then called back early the next week, they asked if they could do it that day. That was great news. We have a few large Maple trees so there was tons of seeds on the roof. When I got home a large amount of them were dumped into my flower beds. I am not sure if they removed any from the premises, certainly didn't look like it. The company that did the service the prior year had them piled on the sidewalk which was easy clean up compared to this. It probably took more time to clean the beds than what they saved me by doing the roof. Certainly do not recommend them for this service. Companies like this usually outsource this service to temp workers so I am not sure if it is reflective off their main business.

Left emails and phone messages, no response. Do not want to deal with them if they cannot even respond to email or phone messages.
