Description of Work: Gutter cleaning. They completed the work within 2 days of making the request. They cleaned up so well we didn't even know they'd come.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for $99 Gutter Cleaning and Roof Debris Removal.

Description of Work: They installed the Gutter Glove product over the gutters of my house. I would rate them A except for two issues. The first issue is that I dislike companies that tout their years of experience when selling their product, then send a crew with only a year or two of experience, maybe less, to install the product. The second issue is that the crew completely missed a section of gutter on the second floor. It took several calls to Milwaukee Gutter Glove over two weeks before I was finally able to reach someone to get the issue rectified. It seemed as if they were avoiding me once they knew that they would need to return. I don't know if that's true or not, but I never got a return call until my wife called, leaving a different phone number and not stating that there was a problem, but instead acting like a new customer. That call got returned within hours. Otherwise, they completed the job as required without any other issues.

Description of Work: Cleaned my gutters from the ground, did not use any ladders. Were here for about 10 minutes total. Changed my appointment time without my consent, which was inconvenient. I can't see the gutters so don't know how complete the job was.

Description of Work: Slow to respond. On the day of service, when they were 30 minutes late, I called the office, and they did not have me on their calendar. But they sent someone about 45 minutes later, who did do a good job. But the unresponsiveness was irritating. In the first conversation, they basically said they were not prepared to honor Angie's List offer - they prefer to do gutter cleaning later in the fall.

But they did a poor job of clean-up afterwards. | |One other problem I have with them is that they lean their ladders on the gutters. I forget what they call them, but they make an attachment that holds the ladder away from the wall, and also gives you a wider footprint on the wall. I have one that I use all the time on my ladder. | |I should have waited - there was a special after this one that had a roof inspection and gutter cleaning for $79. |

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters. Just dumped everything on the ground. Did not pick up after themselves. Had to call them several times -- did not show up on the scheduled date and time -- had to call them after waiting 2 hrs. Finally arrived after an additional hour. Took them 1 hour to do the work. Price was good, but the service, not so much.

Description of Work: I purchased a gutter cleaning and roof debris removal service from them. | |I didn't notice until after the service was performed that the T.O.S. stated that gutter cleaning under existing protection was only included at an extra cost - the company did not contact me or ask me about this when I scheduled the appointment. | |I would have been happy to have paid extra for that service but didn't have the opportunity, and now will end up having to pay even more for the identical service. | |The services that were performed were of good quality - the roof was indeed cleared of debris, and the underside of the gutters were nicely cleaned around the house.

Description of Work: Gutters were cleaned as promised. I'm not sure if the downspouts were cleaned too because there is some water going over the front east downspout in a heavier rain.

Description of Work: They did not contact me for six days after I contracted for the service through Angie's list. They initially set up an appointment for one date and I called them back and asked them to change the date, which they said they would; however, they showed up on the original date. After they cleaned my gutters, rain is still going over the sides of the gutters and not out of the downspout in the same places it was before they cleaned them. I do not thing they cleared all the debris.
