Luke set up an appointment to explain the product. He was very professional and friendly - owns the franchise, so he knew all about the gutter covers. The next day, they'd had a cancellation, and came out to do the work. I had to leave for awhile - about 11/2 - and they were done when I got back. I already had gutter covers, but they dripped/poured over the edges every time we had rain

This is a great product. It really does the job of keeping leaves out of the gutters. The Ice Breaker electric heaters are also very effective. No more problems with ice dams this past winter. Workmanship also excellent. The problem is that this vendor is very slow to do the work. Lots of follow-up needed to get them to do the job, but once completed, no complaints at all. This product is expensive but it is does what it is supposed to do and there will be no need to go up on the roof and clean gutters and no need to worry about damaging ice dams. Maybe another vendor would provide faster service.

The owner, Luke, came out and provided a thorough measurement of our house and provided a reasonable quote on the spot for the size of our house. He was professional with no pressure. We received quotes for several other similar products that were nearly twice the price and appeared to be of lesser quality. After not purchasing their products, they continued to call with progressively lower prices. Luke's approach to be reasonable right out of the gate built our trust right away. The installation was flawless. Communication as to when the crew would be on site was spot on. No scratches on the house and the crew cleaned up after themselves. They even dealt with the challenge of installing the GutterGlove on a second story over a freshly poured patio that they could not walk on. After a couple of very heavy rains, the product itself has worked as advertised. Only one valley on the house has a little overflow when it hits the GutterGlove cover. Should be a simple fix with a small deflector. Overall, we are very happy with this product and the service.

I liked the product and it worked. I didn't like the way it was handled by the company. They have two different types of gutter gloves you can put on. One is regular and the other was winter for icicles. It was electrical. The guy said I could use one of my current switches by the front door. The electrical company said I couldn't use that switch and they should have known that. They had to put in a whole new breaker on the electrical box which was in the garage on the other side of the house. They had to run wiring with metal tubing all the way through my garage wall and down my outside wall and through another wall to hook it all up. It was going to be too expensive because it was going to be $2,000-$3,000 more to do it. The company was only going to pay the first $350. I told them to take them off. I had to go see them in person to get it done and it took 4 months. They were expensive. I would use the product again but not the company.

Installers were on time and did an excellent job of installation. My wife and I are extremely happy with the awning and installation

I was attempting to find a way so that I would never have to clean my gutters again! Getting on the roof, or standing on a ladder and reaching over into a slimy mess isn't on my bucket list. I looked at several products and when I saw Gutter Glove, I knew I had found the solution. It is similar to Leaf Filter, but the quality is far superior. (Leaf Filter uses plastic trays with stainless steel screen, versus Gutter Glove's Aluminum and higher gauge stainless steel screen) The price was the same, (actually slightly less) than Leaf Filter's or Gutter Guard's. I also didn't get the high pressure "have to sign right now for this price" from them. I discovered them when I looked at Consumer Reports as they were listed as the top rated overall, but under homeowner installed. They are not homeowner installed in the Milwaukee area. I am now ready for the fall of the maple leaves, and their seeds in spring. They cleaned the gutters and I had no evidence of the debris left behind. They were professional, showed up on time. My attempt of having a totally maintenance free home is coming together. At least the things I need to do, like grass cutting and flower planting will keep my feet on the ground.

Very over priced! There are better ways to deal with leaves BIGGER GUTTERS

Good experience all the way through. We have many mature trees on our property and no longer wanted the cost and hassle of cleaning the second story gutters. Did extensive research on the web including Consumer Reports and Gutter Glove seemed to be the best out there. The sales person was on time and thorough. Explained all the options and did not try to up-sell me or use any hard sell techniques. The crew was polite, professional, showed up on time, and did the work exactly as laid out in the contract including cleaning out the gutters and ensuring the pitch was adequate. The whole job was done in a little over an hour. The quality of the job and product is excellent. We just had our first big rainfall and there was no sheeting of water, no debris in the gutters and everything seems to be working as described. I felt the price was fair compared to other professionally installed systems.

We have two old maples that reach over our house in front and back. The seeds and leaves wreak havoc on our gutters. They are often blocked and water overflows down the side of the house and into the basement. We have used a gutter cleaning service twice a year but our trees are the last to lose leaves and it is a challenge getting the gutters clean before freezing temps set in and the seeds fall in Spring about the same time we get heavey rains. No winning. Plus the gutter cleaning service costs have gone up - we were spending almost $200/yr for gutter cleaning service. I reviewed gutter guard systems on the internet and decided on the Gutterglove. I called and a sales person (Gordy) came out. He was very nice, measured and wrote up the quote. We had some minor concerns about the current condition of our gutters and downspouts (bent, coming loose, detached sections, etc.). He assured us that during the install they would correct any of the issues. We ordered in winter and the installer came (Matt) in Spring. I beleive it took him less than an afternoon to install and I don't see any issues with the install (no gaps, appearance is nice). From my perspective, the product has performed marvelously. We have had little to no issue with the recent 100 year floods. Water flows with no problems / no blockages. The product appears sturdy but I am concerned about having my roof shingles done next year and potential damage to Gutterglove during tear-off and roof installation. However, it doesn't appear the company can do much more than put the Gutterglove product on existing gutters (or maybe new build). The general gutter issues we wanted addressed weren't. Also as part of the orginal contract we had planned to have a downspout cut and an elbow put on for a rain barrel, but after contacting him and some delay he came and wasn't able to complete the job. He said he would be back but it has been four weeks. It appears they are very busy with installations.
