Description of Work: I have a service contract for furnace and air conditioning maintenance with this company. This call was for furnace maintenience. They are always prompt and curteous. They brought a filter for our HEPA system and replaced a condensor in the furnace and performed their regular maintenance check. The annual fee for the air conditioning and furnance check is $315. The cost to replace the condensor and HEPA filter was aprox $200.00. This company is used by some of our neighbors and they are pleased with their service as well.

Description of Work: This was the rudest call I have ever received. Granted it was 11:45 pm on a Sunday night, but it was 12 degrees out. I have never been treated so poorly.

Description of Work: QUALITY OFFERED THE BEST OF FIVE QUOTES (FOR COMPARABLE EQUIPMENT) FOR REPLACEMENT OF FURNACE AND A/C. ALL WORKERS WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. HOWEVER, WHEN WORK WAS 'COMPLETED', THE FURNACE DID NOT OPERATE. ANOTHER TECHNICIAN ARRIVED WITHIN TWO HOURS OF MY CALL. HE GOT THE FURNACE OPERATING, SEALED PENETRATIONS OF OUTSIDE WALLS (WHICH INSTALLERS HAD NOT DONE) AND APOLOGIZED FOR FAILURES. THAT NIGHT, I NOTED THAT THE HUMIDIFIER WAS NOT CONNECTED PROPERLY, THE CONDENSATE PUMP OVERFLOW SWITCH HAD NOT BEEN CONNECTED , AND IT WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE THE AIR FILTER. I CONTACTED QUALITY THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. WITHIN FOUR HOURS, TWO TECHNICIANS ARRIVED AND CORRECTED ALL PROBLEMS. IF I HAD NOT HAD TO CALL TWICE TO GET EVERYTHING 'RIGHT', I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM AN A IN ALL CATEGORIES. BUT - I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO MAKE THOSE CALLS.
