In the course of replacing the kitchen outlet, we discussed the electrical load on that line. It had the refrigerator, coffee pot/toaster oven, the de-humidifier, washer and misc. basement outlets. Dennis expressed concern. He checked out the wiring and box in the basement and said it was fairly easy to separate the load. I no longer have to worry about tripping a breaker when the refrig, washer and de-humidifier are on at the same time.

It went very well. He is a very pleasant and professional electrician.

They were very easy to talk to. They have done a thorough job. They are punctual. They are good to answer all our questions. They are neat and clean up well.

While it became apparent that it would be impossible to install an exhaust fan in a particular place, the thoroughness of the investigation of the possibillity and the honesty were part of what I already knew to be Kane Electric's fine service.

My experience with them was very pleasant. Dennis Kane was thorough and prompt, and he came on time. He was talkative, and I was able to ask questions and get answers from him. They were very responsive. In contrast, some of the other companies did not even return my call, and some charged just to come out and give me an estimate. I got their estimate within the specified time, but they were rather expensive; it was probably double compared to the other estimates I received. I would not consider using them again because I know that they are more expensive than others.

Given the overall vagueness of what I needed done, I was totally delighted at how Kane Electrical helped me figure out how all the electricals work and fixed the ones that needed fixing. Also, the chandelier was a bear to put up - we never could have done it on our own. Anyway, again, I'm not certain on the pricing, but there was about 2 hours of work and we were VERY pleased with the troubleshooting and resolution of a lot of problems and questions.

Eddie & Mike showed up when they said they would and dug right into the job. My ceiling apparently has chicken wire under the plaster, so chunks unfortunately came out where it shouldn't have as they drilled into the plaster. They fixed the ceiling plaster and even painted the area with touchup paint I supplied. They tested everything and cleaned up the debris and the box/packing materials. They would have vacuumed, but I insisted on doing it for them. This is my first fan so Mike gave me an instructional demonstration on how to operate it (better than reading the manual for sure!). They returned a bit later with the correct faceplate for the switch. I needed ivory and all they had in the truck was white. When they finally left the fan was completely operational, I knew how to work it and the bedroom was cleaned up. What more can you ask for? They are great!

I called Kane Electric on Monday morning, April 25th. The owner got back to me the afternoon of the same day, and we set up an appointment for an estimate the next morning. Eddie and Mike showed up on time on Tuesday morning, gave us an estimate we felt was acceptable, and set to work to put in a new circuit. The work went quickly and was easier for them than expected, so the cost was less than the original estimate. We were pleased with the work done.

The guys (brothers) are friendly, courteous, punctual and very professional. For the window outlets, we had to coordinate with the window shade installer and everything went very smoothly.

When I called for the estimate, they were very courtious on the phone and I was able to schedule the work to be done on a day that was convienent for me. The work to be done was fairly minor and they gave me an estimate over the phone and about how much it would be (ie:per hour). Justin came to the house on time to perform the duties and was very professional. He even asked if he should remove his shoes to go in and out of the house so he would not track anything on the carpet (rainy day). He did a great job and it took him less time than I was orginally quoted for, and therefore spent less than the estimated price.

He had to uninstall the fan from downstairs and had to install it upstairs but the fan didn't fit in there. He was very kind and asked us to get a new fan. He said that he would come back the next and install it. He was on time and his price was great. The quality of work, responsiveness and punctuality were all excellent.

A friend of mine referred them to me. They have been very good. The last time they came out, they had to turn off the electricity. Then, as soon as the landscaping work was done, they came back and turned on the electricity. I like them because they are very prompt at getting back to me. They have a message line, but they will call me within a day or two. They show up on time. They do good work. I have been using them for a number of years now, and I don?t bother to get bids from other companies. They seem to be reasonable. I?ll definitely use them again in the future.

We received a prompt response from the owner, Dennis Kane to give us an estimate for installing 7 can lights and removing an old trac light in our vaulted kitchen ceiling. We also asked him for an estimate for the following: 2 can lights over our fireplace, installing the electrical in the 12 foot ceiling in the living room along with installation of an eight foot trac lighting sytem, putting an electrical box outside on our deck, installing above cabinet lighting in our kitchen and our hallway and dimmer switches with the lighting systems. The estimate came in less than three other contractors we had received estimates from. In addition, we felt Dennis was professional in his communicationa and demeanor and certainly gave the impression of someone who knew his field well. We felt very confident having his company do the installations. They were out within two weeks and completed the work and it was very professionally done. We would definitely recommend them to others.

It went ok. The owner of the company was suppose to call me back but he still has not called. They were on time when they came out to do the work for us.

Kane Electric is a bunch of brothers. One came out and estimated the job, several others were in on the actual work. It took several trips as there were several projects. All went well, and they spent a lot of time installing a tricky ceiling fixture over my sink. But now, I have new lights in my sun room and a bedroom, and new wiring in my kitchen. They worked around my plasterer with no problems.

They were professional and did the work to our satisfaction. We had accumulated a long list of repairs and knew it would be a job that took a few days.

Electrician was prompt, professional, and did the job so that we had a working dryer within 20 minutes.

Mike showed up on time to look over the work to be done. I had bought a square recessed light fixture for the porch, but Mike said that it would take him more time to get it to work than to just replace the non-working parts of the existing round recessed light. So I agreed to have him do the less time version and returned the fixture I bought. Mike got it working in no time at all. In the garage, we wanted another switch for the overhead lights right by the door to the patio. Mike added all the necessary wiring and switches. I am very pleased with the quality of work done and am amazed in the quickness of completing the job. I feel that I have finally found my "go to" electrician! Next time I need electrical assistance in my house, I will be calling Kane Electric. They were quick to respond to my first call. The work done was very neat and clean, professional and reasonably priced. Plus they are licensed electricians.

This company has very good products and does very good work. I'm pleased with everything. They actually had to come back twice because the first time we were in 8th short with the unit. It was no biggie and did not seem to bother me to much. I am still pleased with the outcome of this job and have no intentions on being displeased with the company at all.

Kane Electric is a good company. They are dependable and professional. They workers were hard working and friendly. They were here when they said they would be. I was satisfied with their service.
