Everything went well. Was installed on a cold drizzly day. Was very helpful in pointing out a couple of needs in our 60 y.o. home.

Initially, we had some trouble getting ahold of Elite Electrical, but when we heard from him, he came right out. He was a real pleasant young man. He knew exactly what he was doing and solved our problem in no time.

Contractor came early, was friendly and installed outlet

The provider initially returned the call, after several calls and we scheduled an appointment. I called and cancelled due to a lightning storm (work was to be done outside) -- so we would reschedule at a later date. Obviously you can't do electrical work outside in a thunderstorm. Only problem is that I could never get a call back to reschedule the next time.

Rian was terrific! He was flexible with scheduling and what needed to be done. He explained everything in layman's language so I truly learned what I needed to know and volunteered information when I didn't know what questions to ask!

The owner was ill and had to reschedule for the following week which was no problem for me. I had also asked them to do some other things as well. The owner and his assistant completed the job in about five hours. Everything went great! Overall, my experience with them was very good.

They were great! I highly recommend and will use them again!

It went well. Two men came to install the three switches for me, and it took about an hour. I am very happy with their services.

After several failed attempts by phone and email I was unable to get anything scheduled. I still need the work to be done and cannot wait any longer, so I requested a refund for this deal.

Their price was interior to anybody of that I got quote for. They were very willing to work for me; anything I wanted done. They're very professional, fast, courteous and friendly. They had to re-schedule once and I had a phone call but it was not a problem. They're very good.

Got everything done. He was helpful and friendly. Very impressed.

They could not put in the lights I wanted so they were kind enough to give me the equal cost of general electrical service, they put in a new hood over my stove and fixed some outlets for me. Very nice people.

There were no additional charges apart from the big deal amount. He did an okay job. It took him 3 to 4 weeks to get everything done because he had to get the other parts that I needed. He had to get back and he didn’t have any extra help when somebody quit, and all kinds of stories. The overall job was fine and he got it completed. I had to help him but we got it done. I would tell the others to not be in a hurry. I had holes in my walls and for extra 3 weeks I waited for him to come back. He seemed to know what he was doing. I was not overly impressed at all. I think he was overwhelmed with the work load. He had such a response from Angie’s List and didn’t have any help. I’m disabled and I still had to help him run the wires on the walls and do other stuff. I won’t be calling him back.

purchased big deal $99 for $200 worth of electrical services. have 2 recessed cannister lights in the kitchen. both have cfl bulbs. 1 fixture flickered on/off & the other didn't. told it was the cfl in the recessed fixture that was the problem. try diff cfl as their temp settings can vary widely. having issue of an outlet getting very hot over the winter when running a space heater. told this is due to the heater drawing so much electricity - not an outlet issue. had another outlet that was providing intermittent power. outlet was checked & told it was good. plastic screw was broken off in the outlet plate mount. replaced outlet to get rid of broken screw.

The work was fine. I liked Ryan. I was happy with the work however, there was a problem with the village I live in and he didn’t feel like he had the right credentials to hold a permit, so he apparently had not pulled permits prior to work which was expected of him. So then, it took him about five months to finally get the proper credentials and then to get the proper permits, so in the end he took care of the problem but it did require time. I ended calling him up many times asking him updates and nothing was forthcoming. So it is kind of a mixed bag because he did end up doing the right thing in the end but I certainly wouldn’t use him again. The price was really competitive. The work itself was really good. He ended up rescheduling three times but again he had reasonable excuses of what happened.

Complete installation as no fan previously existed. Very professional.

It worked out fine. There was a little bit of confusion but it worked out okay. They honored the big deal price. I wasn’t there but from what I was told, everything was fine. When they first came to the house, there was a miscommunication, my family had told them that they couldn’t do the work when they arrived which meant that they made a trip which they weren’t expecting to make and then they couldn’t do the work at that time but the person that I contacted at Elite Electrical, was at least nice enough to go back. So they made a second trip and do the work that I asked and they did a little bit extra than I expected. They were accommodating. They did what we asked. I think that was reasonable price for the work that they were offering. It was two hours of work for $99. They were on time when they came and they did return.

I paid $99 for an Angie's List Deal almost 2 years ago, and haven't been able to even get this guy to schedule a date to come out and do some work. He hasn't returned my last two messages. How to I get a refund on this? That's all I want at this point.

They did a good job overall. They were very personable and prompt when they arrived. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure my needs were met.

we had to get a drywaller due to how the prior juncture boxes were installed. He worked with me to coordinate with the drywaller. he was clean and efficient with a good humor.s

Had some problems getting in touch with Rian initially. Rian and partner arrived at 4:15 pm for a 3:00 pm appointment but called to warn me of the delay and to make sure I had time for him to do the work. Upon arrival the work went smoothly and quickly. Overall I am satisfied with Elite Electrical Connections and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Did not return phone call. Second time we called, the person that answered said that we should call back in 20 minutes. If they want our business, they can call us back.

These guys are amazing. Punctual, detail oriented, efficient and fun!! They are the kind of people you want working in your home. The price was amazingly fair and they explained everything very well. I will definitely call them back. This is an awesome company!

Excellent, Rian was on time and the work was done quickly and correctly. His follow up was also fantastic- he wanted to be sure we were completely happy with the results. I have since used Rian one other time and will continue to do so in the future for all my electrical needs.

That turned out very well. We had him update some switches and some dome lights. One electricians came out on a weekend, due to having truck problems and he was apologetic. He went out of his way to make sure we satisfied. he did the work timely and he was very professional. I wished Angie’s List would me let give him an A+.
