We were flexible about scheduling and discussed what date we needed the project finished by, told no problem and he’d make it work. Turns out we were ghosted! Thankfully, we found someone else who we will recommend to others. Do not recommend this company.

Left several voice messages along with emails and no response from him whatsoever but only 1 and asked what days would work for you and your husband and that was it, no call back or email after that (REALLY!!!). Paid for services before he was to come out thru Angie's List and I was so upset from not getting any response, I chatted with Caesar for a refund who was very helpful and told me I would receive my refund within 1-2 business days.
Description of Work: We needed electrical work done, ie; replace outlets and outside outlet as we wanted to have this work done before we put our house up for sale....

+ 0 moreThe contractor refused--by complete and total lack of communication--to provide the service. Angie's List refused--by refusing a refund and/or to do something about this company--to provide any service whatsoever. WHY AM I PAYING FOR THIS STUPID MEMBERSHIP? So that I feel extra good about Angie's List repeatedly taking my money and refusing to provide any service beyond a stock email response? No more. PLEASE do not buy offers through Angie's List. Just call up the contractor on your own and set up a deal. You won't get a worse price, and you WILL have recourse if they don't follow through--because you just WON'T PAY them if they don't do the work. If you buy an offer, you've paid. They may or may not follow through. Angie's List couldn't possibly care less.Use HomeAdvisor, which is free and doesn't even pretend to curate services. I've scheduled, been served by, and paid for a tree service, a furnace repair, and a spring yard clean up through HomeAdvisor in the past month. That works for me. I already called to make sure I'm not on auto-renew, but I don't even trust them to handle that properly. I have a reminder on my calendar to cancel Angie's List before my renewal date. I suggest you do the same.
Description of Work: I needed a ceiling fan installed. I bought the offer on Angie's List in December, and then I emailed "Rian Wanderschneider" through Angie's List right away, before the holidays, to set up a January service. He never responded. After the holidays, I followed up with three emails and a phone call. Nothing. YES--money was paid. NO--service was never completed. In fact, this company never responded to my repeated attempts at contact. Take a look at the long list of reviews that say the EXACT SAME THING. Look at December 2016 through the present day. At this point, after my many documented efforts at receiving the service I've already paid for, I'm past the 30 day "refund limit" that Angie's List arbitrarily places in order to force customers to pay for poor services (NO services, in my case). Mind you, this business has a "Super Service Award." Angie's List has, essentially, vouched for him. According to Chrissy, eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist for Angie's List [(866) 625-5478], the company is "still in good standing." I interpret this as, "He paid his fee, you paid for an offer, that's all we want, so it's fine." Now, don't take MY word for it: just read the reviews since the end of 2016 and ask yourself, "Who's minding the store here?" If you've had a similar experience, don't stop with writing a review here. Go to Google and Yelp, as well. And don't just review the business--review Angie's List. I don't know whether to fault this extraordinarily unprofessional "electrical service" for scamming people out of their money by placing an offer that they had no intention of even pretending to fulfill, or to fault Angie's List for refusing, even after I pointed out the 112 "F" ratings, to take this business at least off the "Super Service Award" category so people don't continue to be scammed.

Sent email through contractor's website- again no response. After waiting 3 weeks for some kind of response to set an appointment for work completion, the contractor did not have the courtesy to return any of my overtures. Angie's List eventually refunded my money. This is a contractor whom Angie's List needs to drop from their list!
Description of Work: Paid for $99 deal through Angie's List. Deal included home visit to install new switch and repair nonfunctioning outlet.

+ -1 moreThe contractor never contacted me. After a few weeks, I called him and left a voicemail. He didn't return my call. I called him two more times. No response. My belief is that he priced the "Deal" at a price for which he was not willing to do the work. I contacted Angie's List on December 22nd. They emailed me the same day and asked me some questions. I responded the same day but haven't heard from them again either. Lousy customer service on everyone's part. It seems as though a contractor who wants to list on Angie's List should be required to live up to the offer they post.
Description of Work: i purchased a "Deal" to have 4 recessed lights installed for $375 on October 26th of last year.

I tried for a month leaving almost daily messages. Nothing. Of course I won't be recommending them to anyone. I understand if they were busy but at least a call or email to let me know would have been nice.
