Made appt w/vendor but on day of appt, vendor called and said he could not make it because of vehicle problem. He told us he would call back to reschedule appt once truck was repaired. Got one call from his business, (caller ID verified) but he never left a message and has yet to call us back since and its been around three months or so now and counting. Not interested in having vendor work with us if he cannot reschedule appt.

Description of Work: CALLED MANY MANY TIMES & LEFT MANY VOICE MAILS. HE FINALLY CAME OUT ON 5/8/13 AND STATED ANGIES LIST SHOULD HAVE PUT IN THERE THAT I WOULD HAVE TO MAKE A BIG HOLE IN THE CEILING TO REPLACE THE CEILING FANS. HE WAS THEN GOING TO ORDER PARTS ETC ETC.I MADE THIS ORDER ON 3/28/13 IT IS NOW 6/18/13 AND THE SERVICE STILL HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED!! MOST FRUSTRATING & TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Description of Work: I had the same issue as one of the other reviews. Left several voice mail messages after purchasing the $99 deal in April and no response. Not even a call back. Wish I could get my $99 back!!

Description of Work: We had difficulty in getting work scheduled. Although they did other work at an additional cost, which we paid direct, they did not complete the complete panel swap out with free whole house surge protector installed. Which was the the Angies list coupon 415154-1 we originally ordered for $995.00.

Description of Work: Left a total of three phone messages requesting a service appointment every month since purchase on April 5, and got absolutely no response. Meanwhile, offer expires on July 4, and was chagrinned to see this provider recently offering yet another Big Deal.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's list big deal for a Complete Electrical Panel Swap-out with FREE Whole House Surge Protector. Because I was also asking to upgrade from 100 amp to 200 amp, which was an option in the "deal", the electrician needed to come over for an estimate. Electrician was very friendly and spent quite a bit of time talking with me about my options. We also talked about some other projects that I needed done. He said he would send me the estimates for the Electrical panel swap out and additional projects over the weekend. Two weeks later I still didn't have the estimates so I emailed the electrician. Again after two weeks of receiving no response, I emailed him once again. This time he replied with "Thanks for the reminder about the project. I will forward the estimate right away." That was six weeks ago. Still no estimates. I paid for this 3 months ago. I'm sure he's a good electrician, but he's obviously too busy.

Description of Work: Quick response to initial phone call and came out to review potential work. However, repeated phone calls and emails failed to solicit requested estimate. A reason was always provided but this just dragged on too long.

Description of Work: Rian was great in providing accurate information regarding fan installation. He was up front regarding pricing and work completion. We just decided to opt for the refund. Definitely recommned Elite Electrical for services; knowledgable and friendly.

Description of Work: Spoke to Rian first over the phone to set up an appointment to go over the work being done. Was surprised he was so friendly for a first contact, which was pleasant. I called to confirm the appointment the day before and he called back promptly to confirm. He was prompt for the appointment and as he looked everything over and explained things to us, you could tell he knew his trade very well. We realized we had purchased a deal that was well beyond what the deal was actually for. We will likely purchase a smaller deal for his services when we get a list together so he can do several in one visit.

Description of Work: LEFT A PHONE MESSAGE ON APRIL 2 ABOUT 2 PM SAYING THAT I HAD AN ELECTRICAL EMERGENCY AND WOULD LIKE THEM TO CALL BACK ASAP. AFTER 4 DAYS STILL NO RESPONSE. I CALLED ANOTHER ANGIES LIST SERVICE AND HAD THE JOB COMPLETED WITHIN A FEW HOURS.

Description of Work: ON 3/23/13 @ 11:29AM, I CONTACTED THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS. HE THEN TOLD ME THAT THE OFFICE ONLY INCLUDED A FAN WITH NO LIGHT. I TOLD HIM THAT, IN FACT, THE ADD DID SAY THAT THE OFFER INCLUDED A "NEW QUIET ... FAN WITH OR WITHOUT LIGHT. HE TOLD ME IT WOULD COST MORE IF THERE WAS A LIGHT WITH THE FAN. IT IS VERY CLEAR TO ME THAT HIS OFFER WAS FALSE ADVERTISING. HE WAS GOING TO SOP OVER LAST WEEK TO GIVE ME HIS "NEW" ESTIMATE BUT HE NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP.

Description of Work: Rian came in the house and noticed the ceiling fan we had talked about, picked it up and said Hi, where does it go? He headed down the hallway to the right room, and went to work. I think he finished in a good time. When I asked him if there were longer pulls for the fan, he handed me the pair he had taken off the old fan. He said will these do, or I will make you some new ones. I said they were fine. He brought the old fan out of the room and asked if there was anything else he could do,and my husband asked him to take the old fan along and get rid of it. He said he would and then he left. There was a slight problem with dates, but it all worked out to our satisfaction. We both thought that Rian was a very bright young man. He did what he came for, and we will certainly ask him back.

Description of Work: An estimate was made but the electrician couldn't come up with a definite price because it was determined by a 2 hour work time. An appointment was made and the electrician showed up as scheduled. He set up a Fan Light that we had purchased in a bedroom and set up the electricity to work with one of our wall switches. He cleaned up after he finished and left the bedroom spotless. We asked him to put in a motion sensor on our patio as long as he was there and he did that. There already was an outlet and electricity but the lamp that was there had been removed a few years ago and had not been replaced. He installed the motion sensor and I paid him an additional $130.00. The workmanship was great and I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: Exactly what was advertized. At the time of estimate; two fee's were added on; one was necessary and one was elected. 5hrs. of work and 2 people on the job. Rian is a very conscientious, and reliable electrician. Very confident which made me confident that I had the right person.
