Description of Work: I wrote to them via messaging in Angie's list but did not hear back after one week so called today to get scheduled. I won't know how this goes until after the work is performed June 25th.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $99 for 2 Hours of Licensed Electrical Labor. I was not able to use their services and they gave me an estimate. They were very responsive and very informative.

Description of Work: I purchased the bit deal on Angie's list. I emailed Elite electrical but got no response. I called the company several times and still no response. I called Angie's list help line and they tried calling and emailing them without a response. So I had my money refunded to me.

Description of Work: General overview of electrical system. They were very friendly, and answered questions. I don't know how to assess electrical systems, but they assured me it was OK. It thought it might be a bit more thorough, but was assured of system's safety.

Description of Work: My daughter in law had a crystal chandelier that was her grandmothers. It had been modified to be a plug in lamp but she wanted to have it hung over her dining room table. She also wanted a new ceiling light installed in her living room, taking down the old track lighting. The service provider was able to change and install the dining room light but upon inspection found there was old and faulty wiring in the living room He will be back on another day to fix that problem and hang the new fixture.

Description of Work: Rian installed an auto programmable wifi thermostat. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely use his services again.

Description of Work: Rain came to my house to fix electrical work for our house closing agreement. He was 1.5 hours late and I had to call him to inquire if he was still coming. I left work 2 hours early to get home for him which ended up in lost wages and my time for no reason. Rian brought an associate with him who was more polite and professional. They finished quickly but I was then promised paperwork via email that night, which was needed for the closing agent. 3 days later and no email, I left a reminder message for Rian with no return call. I called again a day later, got a hold of Rian who said, "remind me of which job I did for you? Oh, I didn't send that to you?" That night I finally received a lien waiver and via email was told to reply if I needed anything else, which I needed an invoice. I replied back and 2 weeks later have not heard anything back. Very unprofessional, a secretary is definitely needed also.

Description of Work: I originally contacted Elite back in March. He was not quick in his respond to my emails and when he did call on April 10 regarding 8:30am appointment, I told him that I usually work until 3:45 but was off sick that day, so it would be great if he could make it. He said that he was not sure which Sandra the appointment was for and would check and call me back. He never get back to me. Clearly he had my name and number on his schedule which is why he called. I have no desire to try scheduling any future appointments with this company. I would like to have the payment for this service refunded by to my account so that I can search for other professionals to do the job in a timely manner.

Description of Work: I had originally planned to move the chandelier above my dining room table. After talking with Elite I agreed with them that another approach would be more appropriate. They installed grounded sockets for me while they were at the house and will be returning to complete the chandelier job.
