Description of Work: They installed a new outlet in our family room. We had scheduled an appointment for 11am and he called to see if he could come earlier, and that worked out for me so they came. It took them about 30 minutes to do it, and they cleaned up, and were out of here. It was great!

Description of Work: Rian of Elite Electrical did a good job of installing recessed can lights in an area that did not have attic access. He was able to quickly address issues working essentially blind using his experience and tools he had available. Rian was a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: I bought the Angie's List Big Deal to have an outdoor outlet installed. It took a long time to set up the service, but once it was set, Rian was on time and seemed to know his work. He was patient in providing time to decide where to put the outdoor outlet. He was friendly, however, some of his humor was a bit uncomfortable - not terribly offensive, but a bit beyond professionalism. I wish him well in his business, so I provide the feedback in his best interest. Overall, I was happy with the service.

Description of Work: RYAN AND TOM ARRIVED EARLY AND INSTALLED TWO RECEPTACLES IN THE BASEMENT. THEY SPLIT UP THE WORK AND GOT IT DONE IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED FULLY. Description of Work: Despite having paid for the service as a special Angie's Deal, no one from Elite has ever shown up. I've called multiple times, but the work has never been done. I spoke in person with someone from Elite about two weeks ago so he knows I still want the work done. He said he'd try to come out that day, but did not show and did not call. I've given up trying. I would like my money back.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $99 for $200 of Electrical Services, and I had some electrical work that needed to be fixed before I could sell my house.

Description of Work: Replaced outlets & light switches. When they came, they did a fast quick job. I did have to wait 3 weeks for the first available 2 hour appt. and then they didn't show, but the appt was made he. He seemed very busy. When called asking about rescheduling, he came 2 days later and was prompt. I would use them again and will have him quote out some larger job I need done.

Description of Work: Elite does not get back promptly with those who use Angie's list. I sent email with 2 weeks of times available , no response, called him and left messages, he finally called and said he would call me that day. Never did. Between working with Angie's Customer Service, and trying to contact him, Angie's C/S did a superb job and promptly provided a refund. Called Wackoviac Electric on a Friday and, as always, they were there on Monday and did an excellent job. Cost more and it was worth it. Would NEVER recommend Elite Electric.

Description of Work: They came on time for the appointment and did 2 hours of work as agreed. I needed 4 more switches to be replaced but I did not have the right ones. They said they would come back in two days to finish at an extra cost. I left work early to be home when they came but they called to say they couldn't come and that they'd call later to reschedule. They never called back or returned my call.

Description of Work: Hi, purchased in fall as our sidewalk was to be replaced and my outside pole light would need to be reconnected. Winter came too fast and the ground froze. I delayed electrical installation until spring. Forgot to activate by expiration date. Sent follow-up e-mail to their website asking if it was still valid, etc. Would have considered using them if they would have responded. No response received. I guess my $90.00 is kaput.

Description of Work: Replaced 3 light fixtures attached to basement rafters. I had to make an emergency trip to get lumber, but otherwise the service was uneventful. The light fixtures look great, and he made sure to mount them as high as possible, due to the low ceiling.

Description of Work: I bought the coupon for a deal on the AL website. I was not contacted by the Elite as promised in the deal. I waited beyond the promised date and finally tried to contact elite directly my call was never returned. I feel that this lack of responsiveness is very unprofessional and I would not feel comfortable having this company do work for me.

Description of Work: Rian replaced my original out-of-date 200 amp main panel for an additional $200 over the $1000 offer for replacing a 100 amp panel. Although it took longer to schedule the work because of the cold weather, Rian was extremely flexible in trying to schedule the work once the weather warmed up. Great service !!!! AAA

Description of Work: Whole home electrical diagnostics. Have yet to receive a call back from provider for services purchased on may 27th. Have left a voicemail and still no response.

Description of Work: Upgraded service. Good work but not responsive to returning phone calls and emails.
