Everything was great. It was a rainy, miserable day but Rian did all the work without complaint. He was terrific.

They said that they would get back to us and didn't follow-up for our business. I called them, and left a message to come out, give us a review on our 67 unit condo association for repair work, and look at some modification to be done to the associations property. We need to add some more outside lighting. I left a message for them to call me back and they never called back. I was told some guy named Jeff would call back.

Bought a coupon for 4 recessed lights, Rian emailed me asking me to call to schedule, I left a few messages/emails, no response. I'm not going to give him an F because I know things happen but I am disappointed. Was looking forward to having this done.

I was shocked how fast he was. 12 outlets replaced in 1:30....could not be happier with the results. He was within :08 of his estimated arrival time. That punctuality is darn good considering he has never been here before.

He did a great job. He also spent quite awhile going around the house with me while I told him what work I was looking to do in the future, which took awhile. I will be using his services again.

Rian called ahead of time so I knew when to expect him. He fixed a fluorescent fixture that had flickering lights, put in some dimmers and did a general inspection of the home and its electrical system. He also gave me some good advice about LED lighting vs CFL and incandescent lighting. He was very knowledgeable and personable and answered all of my questions. I get the feeling that he is very competent, has an extensive background as an electrician and could handle any of your electrical needs.

Everything went smoothly, efficiently, neatly and professionally. Couldn't be happier.

Rian and I missed connecting a couple of times. We finally connected and the work was performed in my basement. Great guy and extremely knowledgeable about electric work. Would definitely give him a call again.

After using Rian's services through Angie's list two years ago, we called upon him for electrical work that needed to be updated at both our properties. He is knowledgable, efficient, honest and very reasonable. Will continue to use him.

First impression bad: Several months ago i contacted Elite for an estimate on some electrical work, through Angies List. They never contacted me or returned my call. Several months later: I saw a special for $895 through Angie's List for an electrical panel replacement. I saw it was Elite offering the deal. I hesitated with paying the money upfront after the first impression, but I'm always willing to give a locally owned company a second chance. I fully believe in helping out our local Wisconsin companies first before using a national chain. So, I purchased the deal with the hope of being contacted and getting the work done. I received the standard, "please contact me soon so we can set up an appointment email," which i did. After some time had passed, and no return email, I called Rian and left a message. After several more days, he shockingly called me back. I thought we would then set an appointment, but instead, he asked if I would take pictures of the work I wanted done and send those to him. HUGE ISSUE AND A VERY BIG INDICATOR OF A BAD CONTRACTOR!!! He says, that he did not want to drive to my place to look over the work I needed done, until he had an idea of what we wanted done first. So, like an idiot, i send him the pictures. I received no response from Rian indicating he received the pictures or would set an appointment. After several more days, I again contacted Rian asking if he first received the pictures and if he would set an appointment. As of today, and 1-1/2 months later, no return calls, no emails, no anything. I love paying $895.00 upfront for a non-existent service man. I contacted Angie's list and advised them of the situation. They responded quickly and offered a refund of my full $895.00. I contemplated reaching out to Rian again, to give him one more chance, but i decided to read the most recent Angies list reviews of him first. Needless to say, they are not favorable. Many "Fs" It appears, Rian loves taking the money, but not doing the services. Its hard to believe he has been rated so high on Angies list, but it appears those times may be soon ending if he continues to conduct business like this. According to Angie's List, I should be receiving my full refund any day.

The provider has not returned any of my phone calls. I have left (3) voice messages and have not received any phone or e-mail communication from the provider. Absolutely zero follow up.

Rian installed the outdoor outlet carefully, caulked all the openings and tested the equipment. He showed a real knowledge of issues related to older homes, and made a number of suggestions which we will follow. One kind of project (fixing a standing lamp) he recommended against unless we had an emotional connection to the lamp, even though it could have meant a job for him. He was most friendly and informative and finished the work we wanted in short order. We would recommend him most highly.

3 phone calls over 5 days to make contact and schedule appt....for 3 weeks later. Appt scheduled for 1:30 10/29; Rian called on 10/29 to reschedule to 3:30; He then was a no show and no call. I called him 10/30 and 11/1 leaving him msg to call me. He called 11/2 7:30 AM to schedule appt between 9:30 - 10:00 same day. Arrived 9:50 AM, job done by 10:20 AM. Very professional; nice clean up, moved furniture back for me. GREAT JOB once you can get him on site.

We paid for the service in January 2015 and after many calls to schedule a visit to look at what we needed done, he finally came out April 2015 and we got the estimated cost for extra work. After more waiting for returned calls we finally got a date for him to come out to do the work. There were missed appointments for the installation because he did not have the right parts. One appointment was cancelled so late on the day before, a vacation day was wasted because it couldn't be changed with my employer. The job was finally installed and completed on 7/16/2015. After that, he didn?t return calls or emails for our requests of a written receipt and the permit number for job so that we could contact the building inspector to come and check the work. Rian is very personable, and seems to have done a good job-the building inspector finally comes next week. He brought extra help with him to make sure the job got done in one day. Overall it was terrible customer service and took 6 months to complete the job. And, we never did get a written receipt.

On 10/3 I signed up and paid for a big deal promotion this provider was offering. The provider waited until after the contact deadline to reach out to me through the Angie's List message service. I wasn't too concerned but in hindsight it was the first red flag indicating something wasn't right about the provider and the situation. I responded through Angie's list within 48 hours, providing both my phone number and an email address to contact me. After not hearing from the provider for a few days I called and got voice mail. I continued to call this provider and leave contact information 4 more times and received no response to any inquiry. It would appear that the provider is not actually interested in doing the work they accepted payment for. Due to the lack of response from this provider I asked Angie's list to refund the purchase price on 10/21. I won't be considering this provider for future work.

They told me to call within two business days. I did, and left a message. I never heard anything back, and I called back a second time, still no response. In terms of using them again, if a deal was good, I might think about it, but they wouldn't be my first choice. The work might be awesome, but they apparently didn't want my job.

I can not fairly rate this business as I never heard from them after the purchase. I left voice mails and sent an email via Angie's LIst messages but have never heard back. Just this month I went with another provider to get the job done.

It was fine. They were prompt and neat.

I was very happy with the service we received from Elite Electrical. He was on time, punctual and professional. He gave me options. What needed to be done right way and what did not. It was an extremely helpful experience.

I called Elite to repair an outlet in my mother's home. They were supposed to come a first time and did not come. I asked him to come a second time, and he didn't come again. There's no excuse for that. This happened over a two week period.
