Description of Work: He did nothing. Absolutely nothing! I purchased this offer on October 2nd and have called repeatedly to set up an appointment. I have gotten no response from Rian!! None at all. I don't expect the work to be done at this point but I do expect a return phone call.

Description of Work: they did not return calls to schedule. I called four times over a period of three days. no call backs. I read reviews of other customers and found the contractor does not return calls. not a good way to run a business.

Description of Work: I had purchased an Angie's list offer to hang a ceiling fan (purchased separately) and also needed the electrical box put in & the wires run from across the room. Good job, looks great, cleaned up afterward.

Description of Work: Main breaker kept flipping and was hot to the touch. They came out the same day with no hesitation. Technician found mistake from previous electrician that left a wire loose. All wires were repaired and box tested. Worked very quickly and answered all questions.

Description of Work: Never, ever returned calls over several months. I believe this company is a shell corporation that scams customers. Would consider blocking this company from Angue's list completely.

This was an Angie's List Deal and my only problem was that he never contacted me after I purchased the deal, I had to contact him to set up the appointment. This has happened to me a few times with purchasing Angie's List Deals so I wonder if there is a problem notifying service providers to contact customers.

Description of Work: They hung my ceiling fan and fixed a light switch for me. At the time that they were due to arrive, they called me to say that they would be an hour late but came two hours late. They completed the work to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: I bought a Deal for ceiling fan installation. The provider and I played phone tag for a while, and then he stopped returning my phone calls and e-mails. I contacted Angie's List for help and a refund, and Angie's List responded that it would "reach out" to the provider, but it would not give me a refund or a credit. I won't buy anymore deals.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's deal for a house inspection and fixing one fixture. He performed the work well, gave good advice, and no problems since. They are now coming out to give estimates on more major work I need done. Really professional and I trusted him.
