Description of Work: The electricians did some up-dates and minor fixes with light switches and outlets. They were professional and friendly. Cleaned up after themselves when the work was done! Will use them again when electric work is needed.

Description of Work: Purchased a coupon on Angies list, waited several days, did not hear from them. I called and left my contact info. waited several days, filled out contact info on their own web site, no response. Called twice again, no call back. waited 4 wks and requested refund from Angies list. Don't really get it. If your too busy, then just call and say that or hire someone to take messages or answer the phone at least. Good grief

Description of Work: Some months back attempted to hire Elite Electrical thru Angie's List based on their good record of service, but got our communication wires crossed and despite a follow-up personal email from me to set up an appointment I wasn't contacted. Assumed he was very busy so I cancelled order w AL and placed a new order for EE services. Another month went by without anyone trying to contact me. Fool me once...

Description of Work: Purchased $119 electrical service package on line on March 6, 2016 and provided preferred dates and time that service could be performed. Also left my contact information for the company to contact me to perform the service. When I didn't receive a call within 10 days I left a follow up voicemail message. I never received a call back and decided to request a refund which I did receive. Unprofessional to say the least.

Description of Work: I had an appointment scheduled, however Elite never showed up, they didn't call as to why they didn't show, and they did not respond to email follow up. |Very poor professionalism.

Description of Work: This was a special for 2 hours of work for $99. Was charged $25 for parts, perfectly reasonable. Rep was friendly, did what I asked and worked efficiently. Will use again.
