Description of Work: Purchased a big deal on December 3rd, 2016 and waited for contact. called, emailed, nothing. It's now January 11th, 2017 and I still haven't heard one word. Getting my money back and using another business that I know can do the work without having to keep making contact and not getting anything in return.

Description of Work: I bought the $99 deal ($200) on Feb 23rd. I got an email on Feb 26th saying they would "try to call you and schedule your service" from Rian. I waited a week, and after a week of not hearing anything, I submitted for a refund. Poor customer service would lead me to believe they are not a company to do business with.

Description of Work: This is my second time using Elite electrical and I am completely satisfied on all accounts. Rian is an electrician magician, very personable, never trying to upsell and always cleans-up. I live in a very old house (1934) and it has old cloth wiring. The first electrical company I had over to install a ceiling fan (just a simple ceiling fan) said the whole house needed to be rewired first ($15,000). I called Elite next completely at random and Rian was able to get the job done without issue in under and hour. I can't say enough how great this company is. You will not be disappointed!
