Rian was respectful and very knowledgeable. He was able to locate all but 1 of the circuits and then produce labeling for the two panels.He proceeded up and down multiple sets of stairs very quickly. I feel we might do extra work with Rian in the near future to add a couple of circuits.

Overall it went ok. Rian is a very likeable guy, which made up for some areas of weakness...he was over 30 min late and didn't call to let me know he would be late. This is a personal pet peeve of mine. He was thorough during the inspection and updated some incorrect labeling on our breaker box. When we purchased the Angie's List Big Deal, we thought we would be providing a whole new label, but all he did was add to the existing chicken scratch. It would have been nice to have a completely new and updated label to really clean things up. Anyways, as he was wrapping up the inspection he said he'd send his report in the next few days and if I didn't hear from him he asked that I text to follow-up. Four days later I'd heard nothing so I followed up. Finally, after 3 text reminders from me and over a week after the inspection, we received our report along with a proposal and estimate for additional repairs. My third text said "Dude, I'm trying to do more business with you," so I think he got the point. We'll use him again because we've already purchased another Big Deal for his services, but I was underwhelmed by his responsiveness.

Individual missed first appointment because part didn't come in. He was a little late for the 2nd appointment, but did call to indicate he was running late. The work was done very efficiently (quick) and done right. Cleaned up afterward. Informed me that in the event of any problem, I should give him a call. Showed me how to operate the device. Instructions were clear and complete. Talks a lot, but does the work, as I said, very quickly. (He knows what he is doing.)

Wonderful! I was going crazy only having one (poorly placed) usable outlet in our kitchen and used the deal to have 2 outlets added. Rian came once to see what I wanted done and scheduled another time to do the work. He was able to get everything done in the 2 hours and left everything neat when he was done. He was great at letting me know what he was doing and he even kept my kids entertained while they watched. :) We will definitely call him again in the future if we need any electrical work done. UPDATE: I was told the first time he came that we would be responsible for patching the holes around the new outlets. The electrical box ended up being placed too far back in the wall and my husband had to remove it and adjust it to be flush before he could make repairs to the plaster. This made a difficult job even worse. I emailed Rian several times about coming to fix the placement of the box and he responded once saying he would come and then failed to respond to the rest of my messages.

Very efficient. No problems at all.

I left a message about a week after I purchased a coupon. He finally called back about a week later and said he was in Hawaii and he would call back. After playing phone tag for several weeks, we set the appointment for Feb. 1st at 1:00 p.m. He was a no call, no show for the appointment.

Rian was on-time for estimate and spent a lot of time explaining procedure. He was on-time for the installation, did all the work stated, left everything clean, and was considerably less than other estimates. He didn't add unnecessary steps or work. This was for a house sale and the county electrical inspector and home inspector both commented on very nice upgraded electrical work. We used Elite Electrical for one more job we needed prior to selling the house and are very satisfied. Definitely recommend Rian with Elite Electrical. He is honest and does very good work.

Was called before electrician arrived. He was efficient, and made some reasonable suggestions. I was very happy with the results.

He did a great job. He was on time, friendly, had good advice on where to mount the light, and finished the job quickly.

Very pleased, Rian did a nice job and offered some good advice on how to handle the entryway fixture. I would use him again in the future.

He advised they need to send an inspector to review the work and then call the electrical company to tag the electrical meter. He said the inspector was going to be unavailable for a few months and that there are no alternative options. He is an excellent guy and did a good job but has not completed the job, as I am still awaiting an inspector to look at the work. I would like to see this job completed soon. I was told they were booked up and quite busy but that does not excuse that the job has still not been completed.

I've only gotten the initial estimate but the price was so much better than I expected I'm thrilled. Keith was honest, upfront and extremely outgoing in terms of addressing my project. He is Very personable and I got an immediate feeling of trust while working with him. I look forward to booking my job with ACT as soon as the Holiday's are over.

Original begin date was October 9, 2012. Rian arrived late due to a medical issue at home.He continually worked throughout the day until he was finished with everything except the surge protector. Due to the area he had to work in he cleaned up fairly well. He was very friendly and had that service with with a spark attitude. The surge protectors were out of stock and we have to wait until they came in. Several weeks had passed and I called Rian and he said they finally came in. We set a date for Friday the 16th of November. Something came up and I called Rian and changed the installation date to Monday the 19th. He arrived on time and finished the surge protection installation. At this time he also installed the wall socket in the hall way. As of this date November 28th I am just waiting for the inspector to come and check everything out. Good job Rian.

Rian was great. He answered all my questions and worked efficiently. I'd definitely have him back in the future.

We were very pleased with the service

When scheduling an appointment with Rian to come take a look at some outdoor electrical outlets at my home that were not functioning, he walked me through some common problems (looking for GFI switch that needs to be reset, for example). When I couldn't find any problems on my end, we scheduled the appointment. Very helpful. The appointment was scheduled in the early afternoon, and near the time of the appointment he called to say he was going to be late, but then did show up within the new timeframe we agreed upon. "A" so far. When he arrived, he took a look at the outlets I was referring to and found a GFI switch that needed to be reset. He also looked at some other outdoor outlets and was able to connect some loose wires inside the outlet so that they worked again, too. Still an "A"! Rian only charged $50 as a trip fee, which I felt was appropriate and paid with no qualms. I wrote him a check and then asked for a Lien Waiver as the work was being done in order to sell the home. Rian promised to e-mail it to me that night. This is where the "F" in Responsiveness comes from. He did not send it by email that night, or the next time I inquired by e-mail, or the next time I called, or the final time I called. He did not supply the lien waiver when my real estate agent called the first time (though he said he would), or the second time my agent called, or the third time my agent called. Finally, the day before closing was scheduled, my agent finally got him to send it over. Though I would like to give the owner an "A", I cannot because of his lack of service after he was paid. Completely unprofessional.

He was great to work with, efficient, and affordable. His work was thorough, thoughtful, and quick - our fan is whisper quiet, positioned perfectly in the room, and he made very thoughtful suggestions about the kind of electrical switch configuration that would make the unit easy to operate. I'd hire them again!

We chose to go with the cheaper solution - which made the most sense for us. Rian could have very well told us we needed to replace the ballast with a whole new type of ballast (they don't make the type we have anymore). But he told us if we removed the ballast and just used a regular light bulb, we would be fine. He took out the ballast, put in a new bulb and we were good to go! Thanks for not ripping us off!

Rian was absolutely wonderful. I had purchased the Angie's List deal and he set up an appointment to give me an estimate. What I definitely appreciated was that even though I purchased the deal, Rian did not make me feel locked in. He had asked if I had gotten other estimates, and let me know that if for some reason I did not want to use Elite Electrical- I was not locked in. I did however decide to go with Elite Eletrical, and am very happy that I did. Rian was very personable, and did an outstanding job on my home. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and explained it in terms that I could understand. He also encouraged my husband and I to look over the work he had done prior to him leaving, and also encouraged us to ask any questions that we had. I was very impressed with the quality of his work, and appreciated that he also took time to clean up prior to leaving. He certainly exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

The overall experience was great. EEC was prompt and worked quickly. I am so happy with the service that I already have at least one other project for them.

We had heard noises above our sun room and at the same time had a light fixture drop loose from the ceiling. We had also noticed some lights coming on some times and not others. We suspected squirrels but the animal control company we called did not find anything. Rian quickly put together explanations for the different pieces of the puzzle. (The house is new to us.) We probably heard squirrels on the roof, not in the attic. The light fixtures have a friction fit that can loosen on its own with temperature changes. The lights in that room have individual heat sensors on them that turn the lights off if they are too hot. With the hot weather we had been having and the heavy insulation in the attic they were likely to turn off periodically. Rian spent time explaining all of this and also checking to make sure all was safe with the wiring for that room. He also reported that he saw no signs of animals and no likely points of entry in the attic. He then charged us only for the service call, which was a very reasonable amount, and said that he would not charge us again if it turned out that the problem was not resolved. He was very personable and great to work with.

No problems, he was on-time, professional and affordable.

Rian arrived promptly and was able to complete all my projects within 2 hours. He was friendly and professional. I will definitely use Rian in the future.
