Off to a rocky start but finished well. Rian provided all the services asked for plus gave some great advice in issues to prevent electrical problems.

I had to fight with him to install it because he felt mine was just dirty and the fan was out of balance. But since I had it for 12 or so years, I decided to make him put a new one in. How refreshing to actually have a repair person say you might not really need it (and he would have been fine with refunding my payment). He did a great job installing the new fan and explaining to me how to take it apart to clean it from time to time (like at least once in 12 years :)) He also helped me understand my options when a furnace repairman--also at the house at the same time--said my inducer had failed. When told I should get a new furnace, he went downstairs to talk to the furnace repairman, which really gave me the opportunity to test his savvy and honesty. This was my first experience with Angie's List. So far, I'm a happy camper.

The work was done quickly, professionally, the old fixture and fan were neatly taken apart so that we could dispose of it easily, and the electrician was very polite and knowledgeable.

They came to do the job, didn't finish. And have yet to follow up, or send me a box with labels that we are expecting. They are not providing good service.

I called to make an appointment about two weeks in advance. Rian was able to schedule me on the date and time I requested. On the day of the appointment Rian called to get my approval about some changes to the appointment length and time (i.e. he asked about bringing a co-worker to expediate my appointment so he could get to his next appointment in time). He arrived a half hour early (also agreed on mutually in advance), was friendly, courteous and professional. We went over the details of the visit again, and he laid out the materials I had purchased for the job so that when his assistant arrived they were ready to start working. The work was done in the time discussed, they cleaned up any debris from their work and had me check to make sure that everything worked and was done to my satisfaction before they left.

We discussed my situation about an additional bathroom exhaust fan and decided I didn't need one. Rian provided good advice and was very patient with all my questions.

Didn't try to oversell -- arrived on time. Would difinitely use him again

The service Rian provided went very well and he was able to complete everything for the Big Deal price we paid - $111.00 for 2 hours of electrical service. I would highly recommend Rian and Elite Electrical Connections. Excellent service and straightforward. He will be our go-to electrician from now on.

Ryan arrived on time and was very friendly and easy to talk to. He went right to work and was able to repair the light fixtures quickly. He also added an extra outlet in my bedroom which can be tricky in an older home. I was very happy with the work Ryan did. He is very knowledgeable about his trade. I feel he went above and beyond what he needed to do as he did not charge me for all the materials he used for the job. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and all my questions/concerns were answered before he left. I would not hesitate to call Elite Electrical Connections again if I need electrical work done again in the future.

Poor. Responsiveness was practically non-existent. Clearly is interested in Angie's List to generate new customers, but has trouble with the volume of business.

There was some initial delay in setting up the appointment, but that was probably due to the unique circumstances involved. Rian is a pleasant worker and takes ownership of the job at hand. Would recommend and use for my future electrical jobs.

He arrived on time as promised, we reviewed the work to be performed, he immediately got to work and completed the tasked on time at the quoted price. He is very easy going and easy to talk to. I would definitely use him again.

After talking to Rian a couple times and sending photos for the work that I needed, he gave me an estimate for the work and told me to get in touch with him on the time and date of work when I got closer to the project date. As the date got closer, I called 4 times and never got a call back. I ended up having to try to find other bids with less than 2 weeks before the project. The lack of communication with this contractor almost slowed the whole project. If he couldn't or didn't want to do the project that would have been fine, but not returning calls after bidding is just (a) really bad business and (b) terrible customer service. I was excited when I got a great bid, but you know what they say about things that seem too good to be true...

I paid for 2 hours of electrical services for 99. Rian went out to purchase $50. worth of materials for a basic job that he knew about up front. I thought he would have had those materials in his truck. Also he talked a lot during those 2 hours. While the actual labor for the job he did probably took 40 minutes, I believe I would have been able to get another small job done in those two hours if he was more efficient.

I called the company and had them come out and fix a light fixture. The job only took around 30 minutes, according to my husband. We had another job in mind but the electrician said that job would take far too long. The next day the light stopped working again, so we called him and he said he would come out the next day and try fixing it again, but we never heard from him again. All in all, we paid for 2 hours of work, got 30 minutes, and we still have a broken fixture.

It went well overall but had to reschedule once due to a problem on Elite's part. Work was completed in one day. each breaker was marked to identify which circuit it controlled. That was very helpful.

I bought the 2 hours special and needed a new outlet and light fixture put in my renovated bath. Rian was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He roughed in the fixtures in our new bath while we finished our remodel and then came back out and finished the job by connecting everything and installing fixtures. I was not aware there was another charge when he came back, even though I think the price was fair. The only issue I had was that I didn't receive an invoice or a receipt of the work that was performed explaining the breakdown of charges. But I will DEFINITELY use them again

Ryan arrived promptly and was a real pleasure to work with. I am fairly handy and attempted the repair of the light fixture in the dining room myself. However, when it was clear that I would need to start opening up the wall I decided to bring in a professional. Ryan was able to identify the source of the problem quickly in that the wiring in my older house had been done in a non-standard way. He replaced the section of wiring that was causing problems and relocated the switch box to a more appropriate height. While he was there, I was able to get a consult on the problem with the light in the bedroom which had not worked for the full 10 years we have been living there. This was enough to get me going and finally fix that one myself. He was informative and involved me in the decisions regarding how to proceed with repairs. He definitely keeps costs in mind and will do just the work needed and not run up expenses. He honored the coupon posted on Angies list. I will definitely call him for any future electrical work needed.
