A 2 man crew came early on Friday morning soon after I called as to when they would arrive. I asked about installing a 3rd outside outlet and discussed my concern about my service box being large enough to handle the extra load.. After there review of my service box they suggested the best thing to do was to replace it with a new larger capacity box. My box is at the max now. No room for adding extra circuit breakers. Since replacing it was more costly then I was mentally prepared for I decided to just do one outlet for now. They tapped into an existing outlet box that was not overly used. Everything went good I just need to make a decision on replacing my service box or continue tapping into something existing on my service box.

We are looking to finish our basement and need a number of electrical projects completed. Rian came out to take a look at the work necessary, the week of July 7th. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional during the visit, however his responsiveness thereafter was terrible, as I never heard back from him again. I tried sending a couple friendly emails asking how the estimate was going and I also tried calling 3 or 4 times. Rian did answer once, however he insisted that he had already emailed the estimate. He said he would try to email the estimate again that night and follow-up with a call to make sure I received it. I never received the estimate or the phone call, but followed-up with two more calls of my own before giving up. It has now been 6 weeks and I still have not heard from Rian. Very disappointed.

Of course the replacement fan didn't exactly match the prior fan so they had to widen the hole, install the fan and connect the exhaust in the crawl-space attic. Work was done in an efficient and friendly manner, they cleaned up after themselves and even refused the tip I offered them. I would most definitely use them again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was good.

First of all, Ryan was going to be a little late, but he CALLED to let me know - impressive. He fixed the inside outlet because the DIY we bought the house from, had installed it incorrectly. He then proceeded to install the outdoor outlet which is made more difficult because the house is brick. He was extremely professional and friendly. We have a couple of things that still need doing, so I know we'll be calling him back. It was a pleasure having him here.

Elite showed up on time and infact a half hour earlier. He did call before he came and I was shocked at how fast he got to the house. It was raining and I did call to find out if he wanted to cancel. He said that it wouldn't matter and not to worry about water and electrical in this job. It was safe. He came with another worker, who helped him. Both fellas were very friendly and professional. I have done electrical work before and just because I was a woman I knew that he was accurate in what he discussed with me. I found him to be funny, super outgoing, friendly, courteous and fastly knowledgeable. His work was done quickly and correctly. He is very precise especially on Electric Code for your house and job that he is doing. Will point out for your information what is not in Code, just in case you do want to do a change. All in all...it went great and I will call him again for my electrical needs.

It was okay. Nothing really stood out about the service, good or bad.

He came out for he quote and he was nice to speak with at the house and the conversations before he came to see the job. We had a lot of work for him to do, probably a couple thousand dollars worth. He told us he was very busy, but works 7 days a week. He left and we never got a quote or heard from him again, even after several attempts to contact him through email and phone.

Rian was scheduled to come on Monday Aug. 29 but called to say he was running behind and could he come the next day which was fine with both of us. When he arrived on Tue he said that the trench that my son had dug to lay the pipe in needed modification and he helped dig the new configuration before he started the actual work. The work was done in just a few hours and everything was neat and cleaned up. He had offered a reduced rate if we would dig the 18inch deep trench which I thought was a very nice thing. With the $200.00 worth of electric work for $100.00 offer from Angies List and the reduced rate for digging the trench, our $1250.00 job only cost us $650.00. I was very pleased.

Everything went well. The new tract lighting looks great. The circuit box surge protectors had to be ordered and Rian was able to reschedule. I am very pleased with Rian's work and would recommend him highly. He is very personable and flexible. .

He came to my house to estimate adding an electrical box. His pricing was very fair and he seemed like he would do a good job. When he realized he didn't have the box on hand, he ran up to Menards to get it - he was going to do the work same day. He called me from Menards to indicate that Menards didn't have the parts he needed, but that he would call his supplier and get in touch in the next couple days. 3 business days came and went and I never heard back from him. I called at that point and he picked up and apologized that he hadn't been in touch, and that he would call the supplier right away. I called him back and a day later and, at that point, he started screening my calls for no apparent reason. Anyway, another company, Current Electric was able to do the job about a week after he started screening my calls. I'm really disappointed in Rian because he left me hanging and completely wasted my time. I'd note that this job was somewhat of an emergency too, and he knew that. All he had to tell me is that he wasn't going to help me out instead of leaving me hanging. Extremely unprofessional.

I think he did a really good job. The electrician was very talkative and I was wondering when he would get to the job. It took him a total of two hours to do some simple electrical work. I can’t say anything bad about him, but just a little too much sharing. Also, he didn’t give me a receipt.

Rian knew his business and kept to task. He didn't mind my tagging along and asking questions. He was informative and I never felt I was being talked down to. I would certainly call on him again for any electrical needs.

Prompt. Knowledgeable and very willing to share ideas and offered many good suggestions on remodeling ideas.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. It took him about 4-5 days to get back to me on the phone which I think was a little unprofessional. He came out, identified the problem I had and was able to fix it. I paid for the materials which were not included in the deal. He was pretty knowledgeable about the subject. The deal was pretty good. He just had to work on getting to some of his customers quicker.

Ryan from Elite Electrical Connections LLC was always great to talk to. He was very accommodating and knowledgable. He put me at ease to make sure that I knew that he was skilled and that my house would be left cleaner than how it was when they got there. We had a long conversation to make sure that I understood what was involved in the Big Deal. Unfortunately due to weather, this deal had expired and I was able to get a refund from Angie's List. In the future though, I wouldn't anyone touch my electrical work unless it was Ryan from Elite Electrical Connections LLC.

I was pleased that he was prompt in returning my call, could do the work within three weeks and was courteous and prompt when he came. I felt the work was worth the money i paid.

Ryan and his helper were very knowledgeable about the electrical codes and were very efficient and timely in their installation work in my new bathroom. They were punctual and very attentive to details. Ryan called several times to let me know that he would be delayed due to an emergency repair he was called on to complete for another client. That was one of the more courteous things that a skilled workman has done in my recent experience. I would definitely call Elite Electrical again for any future electrical work I needed to have done on my home.

I liked Brian the owner- he was very personable and called before he came and was able to come early. I trusted him and would definitely use his company again!

Went as I had thought. I knew where I wanted the outlet, where the main box was and they pulled the wire, added the circuit to the box and installed it.

Rian was running a little late, but he called to let me know so there wasn't any surprises. Otherwise everything went well as expected. There was an issue with the device that I had him installing due to a problem with the terminals being so small and one of them being stripped out, but instead of just leaving the work undone he was able to get the wires to hold and the installation completed. The fans were pretty straight forward and were installed in a short period of time.

I called them and they came out the next morning, so it was a quick response. I am happy with that. The guy who came out did a good job. He answered the questions and seemed to know what he was doing. It was a reasonable price. I have been happy with them.

Although I had a little trouble contacting him to make the appointment, likely because it was a Big Deal, he arrived on time and was very professional. He took time to discuss the various potential projects I had and give an estimate for anything above and beyond the Big Deal. The work was performed efficiently and was well done.
