Called twice to schedule but Never got a call back. Cancelled job with Angie's List.

I used Elite Electrical a few years back for a ceiling fan installation, and was surprised at the current ratings. I did recall it took some time to link up. I waited about a week and a half and called them. Their earliest date was about two weeks downstream, but I moved it back four days to accommodate my work schedule. Two electricians showed up at 07:28 and they replaced the three switches and the light fixture and were gone by 7:50. I was very pleased.

Actually I had no complaints they did a very good job. Well they initially came out I had a little problem getting a hold of him once I got a hold of him everything went smooth. They gave me three weeks window to get it done because they were booked up with other jobs which I could understand.

Job was done professionally and with little interference with my schedule.

It didn't. I purchased an Angie's List "deal" for $200 worth of electrical work for $99. I contacted him to arrange a time to have the work done. We set up an appointment for July 18 at 8 am. Shortly after 8 am Rian called and told me was up all night dealing with an emergency situation. He asked if it would be okay to reschedule the same day at 2:00 pm so he could get some sleep. I told him that would be fine. He never showed up for the appointment and never contacted me to reschedule a time to have the work done. Over the next couple of weeks I made numerous attempts to contact him by phone and email. He never responded. As a result I contacted Angie's List to request a refund.

First, I had to call the provider. I thought the provider was supposed to contact the customer, but this provider did not. When I called he said sometimes Angie's List doesn't provide them with the information. On 8/4/2016 I made an appointment for 2 hours of electrical work on 8/25/2016. The provided indicated that he would arrive between 7:30-8:00am. At 7:57am when the provider didn't arrive, I called and went to voicemail. I left a message inquiring about my appointment. I received no call back. At 8:30am I called again, and again went to voicemail. At 9:05am I called again and again went to voicemail. I left a message indicating that I would be calling Angie's List to complain and that I had never received such a lack of professionalism ever. Less than a minute after this message was left, I received a phone call from the owner indicating that he was in the hospital. He sounded just fine to me, but even if he was sick, the professional thing to do would be to call or have someone call your appointments. I took off work during a very busy time of year and I have now missed work for nothing.

Never happened. I purchased a $99 value deal through Angies List in April 2016. Sent an email in May explaining that I was trying to sell my home and needed some work done as soon as possible. I left contact information but was never contacted either by phone or through this site's message center. The house is now sold without being able to utilize the services of this contractor. I guess I am out the $99 since it is too late now to use the deal. I don't know where the money went but if this contractor received it without earning it, it shows very poorly on him.

Come by once to assess situation and then never responded to repeated calls the next two weeks. Had to submit a refund for promotional credit I had paid for.

Rian was timely, and did an efficient job on changing out the light fixtures. However, he inadvertently scratched the mirror over the bathroom sink. When I sent him a photo that night, he responded that he would come see it. I've called and talked to him at least 4 times about it. Also sent an email to him. He keeps telling me he would give us the $$ value of the mirror (which I told him I would split the retail cost) He has not come back nor has he sent any money. Disappointed in his lack of concern over the issue and honesty in following up.

Elite never contacted me after I purchased the deal. Like many other reviewers, I attempted to contact the company but never received a response. After several weeks passed I contacted Angie's list and asked for a refund.

Rian showed up on time, did the work promptly and exactly as expected. He confirmed the appointment the day before. And he offered advice on some future work without being pushy.

I called and left a message and never heard anything back. After waiting at least week and a half without receiving any returned contact, I decided to cancel the service.

Rian was punctual, professional and communicated very well. He was considerate to not leave a mess and minimize drywall dust. Awesome experience. I would use him again and highly recommend!

It was a ten minute repair, and they charged me as much as the fan replacement cost. My son had already removed the old fan so half of the job was done.

They are outstanding! I have used them again since. I was looking for a good electrician and they were it. The guy that came out was very capable and explained the problem well. He was able to fix the problem and then come back again.

He had practical solutions for all of my electrical issue concerns. He explained everything he was about to do, and he answered all my questions completely and to my satisfaction. His clean up was impeccable. His services were above my expectations, and I will certainly use him again whenever electrical work is needed.

We wanted to replace two light fixtures. We have used Elite in the past for other lights and ceiling fans and they did great work. They gave us a quote over the phone(did take a couple days for call back) and we were able to schedule within a couple days. The guy was professional did a great job. What they quoted us is what we paid. We will use them again for further projects.

They took my $99, but I received no emails, phone calls, or voice messages, and I have yet to hear about when I'm going to get my 2 hours of electrical services. I've sent messages to Angie's list and Elite Electrical Connections LLC. Once I hear back from either of them and either a) get the service I purchased, or b) receive a refund of my $99, I will uklpdate this review.

Rian and his partner were fantastic. They explained the process thoroughly. They were prompt, courteous, and friendly. They did exactly what I needed them to do, and did it quickly and efficiently. They actually were only asked to replace a couple of fixtures but they also took care of another light fixture issue when I asked them too. It was a very nice experience. There were some delays in getting them scheduled, but that was understandable. Once we were able to get the appointment locked down, they got there on time and finished quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Rian and his partner arrived on time and immediately started to work. They told me that (as I expected) they'd need to add a box to mount the fan, and reminded me that the price would be $175 rather than the lower price w/o the box. (I was quoted both prices with the circumstances explained clearly.) The work was done promptly and professionally - I should note also that both men were friendly with our cats (I'd removed them from the work area - but they encountered them anyway). The ceiling fan looks great, works perfectly. We would definitely call them again.
