They were excellent. They were on time; they were accurate and easy to work with. It was a big deal purchase.

Purchased Big Deal, like so many others, and the Contractor never contacted me, despite me trying to contact them. This is a good example of a bad company: you never take on business that you can't handle (or don't want, in the end). Honest, reliable companies don't work like that.

Purchased Big Deal alert, but vendor never contacted me. Angie's List emailed me to ask if I had been contacted, to which I replied that I had not. Two subsequent direct messages through the Angie's List messaging feature also yielded no response from the vendor.

Went great. Rian was in and done within an hour. Ran conduit through the wall and routed to a new 20 amp breaker. Installed a new outlet. Vacuumed up the sawdust and worked around our furniture so we didn't have to move anything. Very pleasant to work with. Rian saw what needed to get done, gave instructions to his assistant and they got 'er done. This was one of the special deals, but I'll definitely call Rian again for other work.

Called contractor asking for an appointment to review job, get estimate, etc....contractor did not have the professionalism or courtesy to return my phone call. Based on other reviews, this is looking like a recurring theme. Without knowing any details, it looks like the Big Deals being offered are swamping this contractor...here is some advise to the contractor: quit drinking from a fire hose and sub out some of your work to some independent master electricians to get out from the pile you are under to get your good historical reputation back.

They were a no-show - did not call to confirm appointment.

We called Elite before we purchased the Deal they were offering to ask a couple questions. We set up a date to do the service. He was prompt and answered all our questions. Took very little time and he had completed the work. We feel we know have an electrician we can count on for our future needs.

They never responded to my calls for service.

See above. Also have not heard back from Angies List in response to my survey response. Want is going on?

Installed outlet, did not recess it into house, looks ugly, they cancelled orginal appointment the day of the appointment.

He never contacted within the 2 days promised. He didn't uphold the conditions of the Big Deal. I am asking for a refund for this Deal.

Rian did a marvelous job. He pulled all the appropriate permits, and coordinated power shutoff with WE energies. All the work was done professionally and cleanly. The new box looks great, more important it works great. He redistributed the loads on the box so everything is working great. What more can I say? If you need electrical work call Elite.

I thought they were very courteous and efficient. They installed it and put it in and left. I would definitely hire them again because I was overall satisfied.

Rian and don were on time. Went right to work. I am on oxygen and they both took extra effort to insure that I was OK. Estimated that the work would take 6 hours. They got everything done in 3 hours. They did say that everything went as planned without any problems. Cleaned up after themselves. A very pleasant experience.

On time. And he waited for me to go to store to pick up a replacement fixture. No problems.

Very professional and prompt. Very accommodating (I have multiple pets) so it wasn't easy for him and his assistant to keep going in and out of my house to get supplies. Very courteous, willing to answer any questions that I might have had. He also installed a bathroom light fixture (wasn't on the original quote) in a very short time period. I could have done it myself but it would have required me to climb a ladder and stand on the bathroom counter to do the installation, since I am so short. He was able to reach it without any assistance, take the old fixture down, connect the new fixture and get everything done in less than 15 minutes! Will definitely be using his electrical services again!

These guys are great! There was lots to do, completed it in one day. Laid plastic down all in the kitchen,over the counter tops, refrigerator, etch. when they were cutting through the ceiling to install the can lights, cleaned up everything and took it debris with them. Very personable and easy to talk to. Definitely will use them for future projects!

Rian has worked for us before, and we were happy with the results. For the latest job, Rian came to our house and provided a quote and a start date for the work. When he didn't show up, I called him and he said he had truck troubles. He never called back, so I called him again and he said he was still having truck troubles. I tried a third time, and Rian never even called me back. I will not be using Rian again. Too bad because we liked him before this experience.

Based on the limits to how the outlets can be installed we found the best location, they were installed, and they provide the power necessary to use our outside electrical tools. Job done.

We purchased the Big Deal to have an outside electrical box installed. Never heard from the contractor, even though the details in the deal stated the contractor would contact customers by October 1, 2013 to schedule the service. We even gave a phone number and instructions to contact us on October 2, 2013, so they had an extra day. If they can't handle the extra business, they shouldn't sign up to give a Big Deal. All the advice sites for working with contractors say not to pay before they do the work. Now we know first hand why. By the way - it is now October 10th and still not a word out of the contractor!! And, even though we have requested, via email, TWICE that Angies refund the money that we payed up front, they just keep sending canned emails and forms for us to fill out. Not sure Angies is the place we want to deal with either, at this point. Come on Angie's. Make believers out of us.

It was very easy and I was very pleased with the work.

He said he had a poor communication problem, I had to reach out to him - he then pushed the date a day behind. He came out to give me an estimate. The day that he was supposed to come do the work, he didn't show up or even call.

Rian did a good job installing panel. Only issue was that he was very hard to get ahold of and I always had to be the one initiating the phone calls. Was out of surge protector in February when panel installed and not until several phone calls later and sometime in April was the surge protector finally installed. Overall happy with end results.
