Judging by the number of "F" responses on Angie's List regarding this provider's unresponsiveness to the offer, the overall rating of "A" is misleading and should be reevaluated.

They were punctual, professional, and personable. I will definitely call them again.

Rian was very responsive in returning my call. He was also willing to meet me at my home AFTER work - late in the day. Rian and his colleague arrived right on time. Both were very friendly and easy to talk to. Rian is a master electrician and it showed. They went right to work and worked very efficiently. The work they did was top notch and exactly what I wanted. Very impressed with their work.

Purchased deal for outside electrical box installation. Attempted to contact company on multiple occasions via email, phone, and Angie's List messaging service with no response. Will not do business with this company again, period.

Rian was fantastic from the time he started doing he work till he was done. Extremely professional along with his co-worker. They were quick, got the job done and make sure all was clean. Rian brings humor to his job, a good blend with experience. Given his work, i have called him again in 2 weeks to add recessed lights to my family room. I also plan to leverage him for other work around the house.

After some initial difficulty contacting the firm and scheduling the work Elite showed up on time and did the job very well. Due to the fact that our home has had several additions and remodels over the years, it was not an easy job. We had to "settle" for the switch position and were left with a couple of holes in the walls (holes I OK'd). They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional throughout. I'll also say that a could of the cans didn't fit exactly flush with the ceiling. I should have noticed on the day of the service but didn't. It's not a big problem since this was just one part of a more extensive kitchen remodel (which is why I was OK with some extra holes in the soffit). I'll make the fine adjustments when I fill holes and paint the ceiling. I should also say that because I have more extensive plans I asked that they leave a traveler in the wall so I could snake some additional AV cables through. On that count they were very accommodating and really helped me out! Bottom line, good job under less than ideal circumstances.

So far, terrible. Nothing has been done, no contact and no scheduling g of services already paid for.

He was wonderful. He was on time and if he was not, he called. He had a really nice personality and he was a good business person.

The guys showed up on time. They were in and out pretty quick. The box works just like it should. They even cleaned up after their footprints! :) Would definitely call for electrical work in the future.

They came out within three days as promised and put the outlet in so we could have outside Christmas lights this year. They came out on the coldest day of the year so far and did an excellent job. They were fast and cleaned up after themselves. Great job.

I love these guys. They were responsive to my needs and had a wonderful, positive attitude. They were prompt, clean and professional and didn't dilly dally around the house. They even took time out to discuss a business issue I was having. I was most impressed by their speed and cleanliness.

They never called and when I reported that they did not call someone at Angie's said they would call them and remind them to call and set up a appointment. They never did. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I notified Angie's help desk and received a refund so please stop bothering me on the service of Elite. I have received at least 5 emails in the last month concerning Elite and how was the service if you would check your records you would see the never performed the service and that I requested a refund. I would like to discontinue Angie's service as you never check your records and offer the same stuff. Not Happy!Please email me on how to get a refund.

Installed outdoor electric outlet. Job only took 20 minutes!

I purchased the Big Deal for $99 of electrical service from Elite Electrical Connections on November 4 and have not heard from them. I also replied to an Angie's List email asking if I was able to contact Elite Electrical or if I needed help setting appointment, and I responded with "need help" but never heard from Angie's List with a response. I've noticed that since the Big Deal, Elite Electrical has had a number of bad ratings because of not contacting customers with regards to their Big Deal purchases.

Awaiting call from Business. Would like to re-evaluate once service is performed.

He came and gave me an estimate and have not been able to contact him after the estimate.When we receive the estimate and misplaced it. We tried to contact him multiple time to get the estimate back but we never revived a response.

It turned out very good. There were additional costs due to codes in the area. The personality of the guys was great. They cleaned up well and did a good job.
